「Visited LA with my bandmates to record music in Van Nuys, we also had two dogs with us. Behrouz is extremely communicable, very accommodating, and very friendly. We were there for a month. Initially we were taken back by the ADU, but we never saw anyone else the whole time we were there and everything felt completely private. The backyard pool and hot tub are well kept and an amazing addition to the property. We would absolutely stay here again. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a planet...

「Beautiful house. Spotlessly clean. A very serene modern vibe. Probably the best equipped kitchen (and the rest of the house) ever. Super comfy beds. Living room was set up perfectly for hanging out and had one of the most comfortable sofas we’ve ever seen in a rental. Woke up to birds singing every morning. I’d recommend it highly. 」

「Loved our stay here. Lovely quiet neighbourhood - morning coffee with just the birds singing was a treat. Decent size pool - kids loved the diving board ! Not too far from the main attractions (30-45min drive). Would recommend. 」
