Beadnell is popular with divers exploring the off shore wrecks, walkers and beach strollers, and joins the coastal path going north to Seahouses and Bamburgh or south towards Alnmouth along the beautiful Heritage Coastline. Excellent golf courses are within easy reach with Seahouses, Dunstanburgh and Bamburgh being notable local links courses. Or take a memorable boat trip from Seahouses Harbour to see the National Trust's Farne Islands. Land on Inner Farne, spot the local seal population and imagine Grace Darling's heroic adventures. The village makes an ideal centre for a family coastal holiday! Coble Cottage has a ground floor bedroom with easy access shower room making it ideal for those who may be less mobile.

The overall layout is suitable for extended families or friends getting together and the local amenities offer a wide choice for activities, from rock pooling for the kids, to long walks on miles of sandy beaches, golfing, horse riding, cycling, and watersports.
