"The room was clean. The place was a little outdated but that was ok. The screen in the sliding door was half off and I went to take a shower @ about 6:00 P.M. There wasn't any body soap. I called the front desk to have these corrected. The person @ the front desk said they would fix both issues. Yes they did. The next day around 10:00 A.M.!! Went to hot tub the first day. The temp of the water was great! BUT, the jets barely worked. I reported this. The person said they would look into it. Went the next day. The water wasn't very warm and still the jets hardly worked. The indoor pool and the hot tub were very clean. Online it was advertised that a continental breakfast was included. Nope there wasn't any. When I questioned this. The person said there wasn't any. When I showed him the adv. for it. He said it was wrong. I told him the reason why I chose this hotel was for the hot tub and the breakfast. He said that he was sorry. When asked for a discount. He said that he couldn't give one. The fire pit and picnic area was right outside our back door. This was very nice. And they provided firewood."
