A COSY TRADITIONAL COCOON WITH A TERRACE AND PANORAMIC MOUNTAIN VIEWS Discover this new apartment, perfect for holidays with family or friends, that can accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy stunning views of the village and mountains from the 23 m² corner terrace. The apartement has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is decorated with large sofas and a bio-ethanol fireplace, giving it a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
AN IDEAL, SUNNY LOCATION CLOSE TO THE PORTES DU SOLEIL SLOPES Located in the Petit Châtel area, the Le Thélème residence gives you a breathtaking view of Châtel from its heights. This offers an ideal location, well exposed and sunny all day long. The Barbossine ski lifts, located directly in front of the residence, give you easy access to the slopes of the Portes du Soleil. For beginners and those taking ski lessons, a free bus, which stops 50 metres from the residence, will take you to Linga or to the centre of the village, where the Super Châtel pistes are located. In summer, the location makes it easy to et to the hiking trails on te heights of Châtel or in Switzerland, offering beautiful panoramic views overs the valley and Geneva lake.
Finished in 2024, the building has been carefully constructed using local materials and expertise. The traditional style of the apatment has been carefully decorated in light and bright colours.
OPTIONS • Final cleaning: included in the price. It does NOT include cooking, washing up and rubbish bins; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to tenants if this is not respected. • Linen: included (sheets and towels). • Beds made on arrival: included. • Cancellation insurance: optional at 4% of the rent.
