Terrible Customer Service Despite a Decent Hotel

The customer service is horrible, even though the hotel itself is decent, clean, and close to nearby amenities. But the customer service is terrible. The person in charge of reception, downstairs at the entrance, a tall, somewhat heavyset Black person, was unbearable. It felt like he was doing the clients a favor by working there, even though he was being paid for it. He responded to customer requests with a sulky attitude and without even a smile. It's shameful and pathetic for someone working in a customer-facing role. You should fire this person. They are not fit to work in tourism.

Hôtel sans plus très bruyant le soir (2 heures du matin) escalier sale cendrier débordant de mégot. Chambre on est vraiment à l'étroit, porte côté intérieur grosse trace d'huile du système de retenue, Vmc très bruyante par moment.

L’hôtel est très bien par rapport à son prix Vous trouverez dans la chambre un micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur L’ensemble est assez confortable pour la gamme de prix Par contre le parking n’est pas sécurisé ( le portail électrique ne fonctionne pas) Pour que votre chambre soit faite, il faudra impérativement passer par l’accueil le matin et le demander ( le petit papier accroché à la porte ne suffira pas)

Hôtel mal entretenu à 20 mn à pied du Futuroscope

Si vous avez eu vos places du Futuroscope par votre CE et que vous souhaitez être hébergé dans un hôtel abordable, le KYRIAD DIRECT semble être le bon choix. En effet situé à 20 mn à pied avec climatisation, frigo, salle de bain et parking équipé de borne de recharge payante, tout semble bon ! Malheureusement notre chambre était mal entretenue comme le montre les photos. Un filtre de climatiseur obstrué et un bruit d'enfer, un odeur désagréable dans la chambre, un tuyaux de douche trop court pour se rincer la tête, la porte du frigo qui ne ferme pas et donc complètement obstruée par la glace, un rideau de douche moisi qui était collé par la saleté . Tout n'est pas noir, la literie est bonne et semblait propre, la chambre n'est pas très grande mais nous n'attendions pas plus pour le prix. Du coup un gros bof pour ce manque de soin d'un hôtel qui pourrait faire bien mieux.

Chambre fonctionnelle et bon rapport qualité-prix

La chambre en elle même était globalement propre et le lit confortable. Le service de réception est très pratique ce qui kois permets d'arriver à n'importe quelle heure sans se presser. Le petit dejeuner était top avec du choix. Les seuls points négatifs était le pouvais nettoyage des toilettes (traces de selles), la climatisation qui faisait goûtait et faisait une grosse flaque d'eau par terre (on entendait les gouttes tomber au sol) et la porte qui était trop gondolée et il était donc difficile de la fermer. Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour une nuit donc en terme de qualité prix cela faisait l'affaire car nous n'étions pas non plus hyper exigeant.
