Great house with a very nice garden. Nice location. Ideal for peace and space during your holiday. Basic facilities available in the village, and nice beaches and towns in the immediate vicinity.

Great property and host

Great property, tastefully renovated and decorated with a huge private and mature garden with lots of different sitting areas - Theres another section of the garden not shown in the pictures. The town itself is very quiet with a few shops and a little outdoor restaurant (La Ponetere). La Rochelle is about 30mins drive

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, nett dekoriert, sauber und geräumig, der Garten sehr schön. Bei Ankunft gab es zur Begrüßung einen Korb mit lokalen Spezialitäten, so dass wir uns gleich willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Terrasse war toll, um unter dem großen Sonnenschirm gemütlich zu essen. Ein großzügiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche bot genug Platz für uns vier. Die Bettwäsche wird nicht gestellt. Es ist daher insbesondere für deutsche Touristen angezeigt, sich vorher über die Größe der Decken zu informieren, die nicht den bei uns üblichen Maßen entsprechen dürften. Es gibt Bäcker, Fleischer, Supermarkt und Apotheke in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ansonsten ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Zum nächsten Strand fährt man ca. 20 min.

Agréable séjour au calme

La location est spacieuse, propre et bien amenagée pour l'accueil d'une famille. Le jardin est agréable et presente des zones d'ombre. La localisation nous a permis de profiter du calme mais également de visiter le Marais Poitevin en barque avec un guide, la Rochelle et son aquarium, l'Ile de Ré, la ville de Marrans, les Ecluses, de profiter de la plage de la Rochelle.

Schön und ruhig

In Charron selbst ist es sehr schön und ruhig. Dieses gilt auch für das Haus. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und komplett ausgestattet. Wenn man zu zweit auf einem 140er Bett schlafen kann, dann bietet das Haus Platz für 5 Personen, wenn man das Wohnzimmer nicht nutzt. Der Garten ist groß und und gepflegt angelegt. Fazit: Sehr Empfehlenswert

Agréable séjour charentais

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison typiquement charentaise. Charlotte a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir un généreux panier d’accueil à notre arrivée avec une sélection de produits régionaux. La maison est bien équipée, le jardin est très beau et parfaitement entretenu. Le quartier est très calme et la situation permet de se rendre facilement aux différents points d’intérêt de la région. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésitation.

Gewoon prachtig!

We kwamen toe om 21u 's avonds en deden de deur open van het huis en waren zo blij dat we na een lange rit in dit mooie en nette huis toekwamen. En dan stonden we 's morgens op en konden we de zo mooie tuin bewonderen. Het is gewoon prachtig om hier te verblijven. Ook bedankt aan Charlotte en Laurent voor de mand met streekproducten en de tips ivm restaurants. Je hebt zeker een wagen nodig om je te verplaatsen maar het is heel rustig om in Charron te verblijven. Het was de eerste keer voor ons om in de Charente-Maritime en omgeving te verblijven maar wat een leuke bestemming: La Rochelle, Cognac, Ile de Ré, wandelen en fietsen, Marais-Poitevin en de stad Niort, al de lekkere vis... Wij hopen zeker terug te kunnen gaan!

Superbe maison spacieuse

Magnifique maison correspondant parfaitement aux photos. Très propre, très grande, bien équipée et surtout, au calme. Le jardin est magnifique, très agréable, bien entretenu (on se croirait dans un parc) et grand. Il y a plusieurs endroits pour se reposer, à l'ombre ou pas. Les enfants ont adoré y jouer et nous, nous avons apprécié y rester, surtout le soir, quand il faisait plus frais. Propriétaires réactifs et très agréables. Merci pour le cadeau d'accueil :) Nous recommandons très sincèrement cette maison !

Viel Platz und schöner schattenreicher Garten

Die 3 Schlafzimmer boten für uns als Familie mit 2 Teenagern ausreichend Platz. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass in diesem heißen Sommer sich immer ein schattiger Platz im Garten fand.

Fantastique !

Très belle propriété avec beaucoup de cachet, rénovée avec goût. On s'y sent vraiment bien et le jardin est très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous remercions chaleureusement les propriétaires pour les produits régionaux qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée et qui étaient vraiment délicieux. On recommande chaudement cette location.

Très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré une météo capricieuse, et ce grâce à un cadre de vie plus qu'agréable. Très jolie maison, dans laquelle nous nous sommes rapidement sentis chez nous. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, un vrai havre de paix. Le village de Charron est très tranquille ce qui est fort appréciable ; Petits commerces de première nécessité à 5 min, très pratique. Les plages quant à elles sont un peu éloignées (env 40 min en voiture), mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ;) Merci encore pour le panier gourmand à notre arrivée, une petite attention qui fait toujours plaisir :)

Perfekte Unterkunft für Familie mit kleinen Kindern

Schönes, sauberes Haus mit wunderbarem, liebevoll hergerichtetem Garten. Wir waren zu sechst (2 Paare, 2 Babies unter 1 Jahr), da war insbesondere der große Garten perfekt zum Spielen und Entspannen. Sollten wir wieder in der Gegend sein, werden wir die Unterkunft wieder nehmen.

Nous sommes arrives dans une belle demeure décorée avec goût avec un très bel extérieur . Nous recommandons cette maison chaleureusement. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Laurent et Charlotte qui de plus nous avaient réservé de gentilles douceurs à notre arrivée. Nous vous recommandons plusieurs visites : La Rochelle, l Ile de Ré, le restaurant La Ponetère , le vendeur de moules délicieuses Mr Sarazin Emmanuel tout pres de la maison. Séjour très agreable

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus in sehr ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage. Geräumige Zimmer und eine tolle Terasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Im Garten befinden sich noch zusätzliche Liegen. Wir können es gern weiterempfehlen.

Nothing short of amazing

Wow, this holiday home is gorgeous, we had such an incredible 3 weeks here that we are already looking into coming back next year. I can’t fault it at all. The garden has a whole other section that the photos don’t show, it’s beautifully kept and you can spend all day out there. The owners were lovely and on hand should we need them. The area is beautiful and everyone so friendly. This holiday home definitely has the wow factor and we can’t wait to spend another holiday there.

Het is een ruim huis, netjes prima uitgerust, in een straat in een rustig dorpje. De tuin is enorm, en prachtig! De directe omgeving is niet erg interessant of mooi, maar het is maar twintig minuten rijden naar La Rochelle. Fijn verblijf gehad met ons gezin
