Suite F at The Franklin is a studio space with a private bath, kitchenette, king bed and option to rent the entire 6,000+ sq.ft. house! This home is located in beautiful Greene County, "Gateway to the Blue Ridge Mountains," which is conveniently located near Charlottesville, the Shenandoah National Park (lots of hiking and outdoor adventure), many antique/craft shops, wineries, breweries and FRESH AIR!

Angela was an excellent host. Room was exceptional and a great value. Very peaceful. The room also had many amenities not normally found that made the stay very comfortable.

Perfect country stay

We had a terrific stay at The Franklin Estate Suite F. It is very spacious, so clean (appears to be brand new), has a comfortable, memory foam king bed with great bed linens which we loved, was well-stocked with everything we needed, and is VERY quiet. Angela is a super responsive and pleasant host. We would happily stay here again when in the Charlottesville/Barboursville area and would highly recommend it to others.

Property was great and so clean! The only reason I am not giving it max rating is because we stayed on bottom floor and you can hear kids running on floor above. It was so loud for so long. Also the ceiling light to the front left of the bed had big dead bugs in it.

Lovely suite

This is a lovely and clean suite. My parents enjoyed staying here. It was much nicer accommodations than a hotel. They also stated it was the best rental they had ever experienced. Thanks for providing such a quiet, safe, and peaceful stay!

Friendly and Perfectly Accessable

Wonderful proper tea and perfectly described in the listing. Easy access to highways but yet as a country feel. Would totally recommend for anyone looking to experience Central Virginia.

Great location awesome host

Angela was everything you'd want in a host. She was responsive, accommodating and pleasant when needed but also gave us our space and didn't intrude. This location is excellent because it's in the country but close enough for a pleasant drive to Charlottesville. The bed was comfortable, the space was roomy and the unit was appropriately stocked with amenities. I would have given an overall five-star but I gave it four ONLY because we were in a basement unit and anyone walking above our heads was an irritation as well as an earlier than desired wake-up in the a.m. If that doesn't bother, you're good to go! When we return, we will be renting an UPSTAIRS unit.
