「Light filled, excellently designed, perfectly furnished, stunningly situated cottage. 2 bedrooms up steep stairs with high comfy beds. Full baths up and down, super deep and long tub. Every need is anticipated, including local products and guide books, mud boots, rain and beach gear, shopping bags and coolers. Spices and some condiments were on hand. 「Firstly Kelly the property manager was amazing when I had a problem with my credit card. Second, the house was very clean! The house was just right for us. Cozy and has good vibes:) yard for the kids and hammock were lovely and can’t beat the kitchen view. Location is close to Quoddy light and lubec center and groceries. All you need is within 10 min. We would happily stay in this sweet little house again.」

「The house was amazing! Lots of Victorian decor. Centrally located in Lubec to all the tourist attractions we were interested in seeing. Geno was a great host. When we had a problem with lighting the outside firepit, he came over in no time. A plus experience. We enjoyed the pool and pool table the last day of our stay.」

「This house was a great home base for our extended vacation. We could easily travel/explore the Downeast region of Maine and enjoyed a long weekend in Canada, visiting Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. "こちらに到着し、いざチェックインしようとしたら事務所と思しき場所には鍵が掛かっており、誰1人担当者が居ない。 レンタルWi-Fiを契約して持参していたものの宿泊担当者に電話しようにも電話が使えないので、どうしたものか❓と暫し考えあぐねていてHoteis.comに相談すべくサイトを見てみると担当者からメッセージ入っていて 自分達の部屋名、部屋に鍵は掛かっていない事、鍵の置かれている場所などが記載されていて、それでようやく部屋に入る事が出来た。 安全の為にもチェックイン前後とせめて夜間には、担当者が居て欲しかった。 またレストランも併設されているので、夕食、朝食が頂ける事もここでの宿泊を決めた１つの理由だったものの 時期や曜日に依るのかも知れないが、結局レストランは夕食の提供をしておらず、この時期に営業していた近くのスーパーで材料を調達し、宿泊者共用のキッチンにて調理して済ませる事となった。 レンジ、オーブン、大きな冷蔵庫、食器、調理道具等々も十分用意されており、キッチンは大変充実していたのは嬉しく、部屋もシンプルで広くロケーションも最高であったものの、夕食事にレストランが営業していなかった事。 周りにもこの時期に営業している店が一軒も無かったのは 残念だった。"
