This property worked great for our lake weekend visiting Lake Norman. Very clean and comfortable. Has a boat launch on property and jet ski dock perfect for our Sea-Doo. Very quiet neighborhood but near grocery stores and some wonderful local restaurants.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience at this property. The owners put a lot of thought and care into making the property a luxurious experience, from the well-equipped contemporary kitchen to the massive 3-level deck and dock that made sunsets very special. The location of the property was perfect with wide-view Lake Norman access and convenient drives to great restaurants in Mooresville, Huntersville, and even Charlotte. The communication with our host Shanel was amazing…timely responses to messages and some accommodations she allowed for our stay we requested that we very much appreciated. As rental property owners ourselves, we highly recommend this charming lakefront cottage, and look forward to returning.

This place was the quintessential lake property. Great location close to anything you need in town but also is a great getaway that you won’t want to leave once you arrive. 10 stars if I could.

Memorial Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite spot was the back porch. Had a little hiccup with the gas fireplace but was able to replace propane tank with a new one. House is very well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely come back here!

The home was beautiful. Right on the lake, wonderful yard and deck overlooking the lake. The back porch was covered, with multiple, comfortable dining and seating options. The overhead heaters were perfect as we experienced some cold weather but still loved sitting outside together around the fire. The inside was well furnished and completely updated. The kitchen had everything we needed! Communication with the owners was top notch - Shanel was very responsive and very helpful!Would highly recommend!!
