The property felt like a modern apartment..definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff who helped us check in were super helpful and thorough. My only complaint is that one of the pillows had a questionable stain, but other than that, everything was great. Overall, if you’re considering staying here, I’d say go for it. Amazing quality for the price.

It looks like a new apartment building and you get a fairly new builder grade studio room. Stayed with family for a sport event and the kitchen was very useful for us to prep a quick meal. The dishwasher was not working but it was okay.

The stay was overall very good. The suite was clean, same with the building was overall very clean. No complaints other than the fire alarm going off around 5 AM, which startled us from our sleep, as we were preparing to leave the room, we heard another guest tell everyone this was the second time in a row that it had happened during her stay. & That it wasn't a fire. It seemed to be a faulty line causing the alarm to go off. Besides that, we definitely would stay here again when we visit Charlotte.

When we first checked in and went to go check the room. The trash in the Kitchen was never emptied and we told the lady at the front desk about it thinking ot would get taken care of, but when we returned to the room later on that night, it was still mot emptied. Other than the loud kids in the courtyard, it was a nice stay.

The stay was cozy. Everything was updated. I give the property a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The communication and instructions were great. The office staff was helpful, professional, and polite. The lighting in the room is a little tricky, so I advise you to ask about how to turn them on when you check-in. If I take another trip to the Charlotte area this will be my go-to stay.
