Was my first time experience in North Carolina Liked the breakfast. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly and kindly. Had a slight issue with checking in they solved the issue right away. I like how the fridge/freezer in the rooms makes its own ice. Omg I love the bed and the pillows so soft and comfortable. A family member asked me if I didn’t leave anything behind when we were checking out, I said yes the “BED” lol.

My wife and I stayed for about a week and were greatly impressed with the Inn. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The property was very well maintained and we loved the quiet evenings. Our grand daughters enjoyed the pool on one day.

Let me start by saying the front desk lady who was working the afternoon of the 2nd of July was the friendliest staff I have ever met in my life of travels all over the world, I truly wish I would have caught her name, bc she made my weekend start off great. The room was nice, the walls are a little thin though, and during the day it was a little annoying with the surroundings confrontational people arguing and screaming at one another. Also, the smell of weed when returning to the hotel was absolutely horrible. Literally smelt like someone was walking up and down the hall smoking. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty spacious which was nice. The pots and pans desperately need to be replaced, and the cleaning team really needs to make sure to leave dish soap for washing the dishes. Was able to catch a cleaning person second day in to obtain some, but really don’t like leaving a dirty kitchen. Hotel was convenient to the highway which made it easy to get in and out. Overall was a decent experience, other than hearing other people arguing all weekend long. Would stay again if I needed a place for a few nights.

We had a wonderful 2 day get away in Charlotte ,NC and decided to stay in this hotel . I booked online after looking at the location and the rooms available. We were so pleased with our king suite rm 208 and shocked at the amount of space we had We loved the set up with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Our oldest daughter was surprised with a. Visit to the titanic expo just a short drive away and our youngest loved the pool which was clean and well maintained. We throughly enjoyed the full breakfast buffet with so many things to choose from. We will always choose this hotel whenever we come to Charlotte to visit. We also left a few items in our room and called the hotel and they found them and we paid to get them back in 2 days . We do think it would be nice to have a larger trash can for the kitchen since ours was overflowing, but we made it work. We hope to be back on the near future and will book a room here again. Thank you!
