This gorgeous lakefront hideaway accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms plus 2 additional guests in twin beds downstairs. The primary bedroom on main offers lakeviews, with cathedral ceilings, and 55" LG WebOs TV, is fitted with a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms on main are each fitted with comfy queen-sized beds.

In the lower level, the fourth and fifth bedrooms are each fitted with king-sized beds and 43" LG WebOs TV's.

Two comfy twin-sized beds are also downstairs in the flex space near the fifth bedroom.

Your comfort is front of mind in every sleeping space.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom in this home, each of them thoughtfully designed.

The primary bedroom on the main floor contains an ensuite full bathroom with stunning glassed-in shower and standalone garden tub. The second and third bedrooms on main share a jack n' jill bathroom w/ shower and tub combo designed in dazzling midnight blue. Even the design of the half bathroom on main will impress.

Downstairs, the fourth bedroom leads to a full bathroom with spa-like shower and tub combo and near the fifth bedroom is another full bathroom with glass shower doors with an exterior entry. When you come in from a relaxing day at the pool and/or lake, you can rinse off in an instant.

For laundry, there is a GE washer/dryer in the laundry room upstairs (near the entry from the 2-car garage) and there is a second laundry room downstairs with an Electrolux stackable washer/dryer.

Situated in a tranquil cove, the lot includes 2 acres of area to roam and boasts a gorgeous fenced-in infinity swimming pool with lounge chairs, hot tub that accomodates up 5 guests, and custom-built outdoor fire pit. Whether soaking up the sun at the pool during the day, taking a rejuvinating soak in the hot tub, or soaking up the stars at night over a fire, this property offers an unrivaled outdoor layout for all to enjoy.

Step through the glass doors on the main floor onto
a distinctive double decker 400+ sq ft deck with rich, natural wood ceilings, complete with outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area that seats 4 guests, and gas BBQ grill.

The glass doors on the lower level lead to a concrete patio with ping-ping table and more lakeviews.

Follow the path to the boat dock and take the (2) two kayaks and/or pedal boat for spin.

PARKING:
-The driveway accomodates up to five cars. The garage is currently unavailable and additional free parking is available up at the street (just past the mailbox). Please keep vehicles on the driveway.

On the morning of check-in, you will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time.

We are just a quick message away if you need anything. As 27x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.

-THERE WILL BE BUGS! Even though we have regular pest control services, they are an unavoidable part of lakefront and nature living. Please be prepared with bug spray, etc.
- TRASH MUST BE BAGGED, SECURELY TIED, FREE FROM BREAKAGE AND BAGGED. **UNBAGGED/TIED TRASH IN BINS: $50 FINE**

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which helps make for a smoother check-in process.**

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5,000 for content and $5,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*

Wonderful Lake House

We spent the 4th of July weekend at this house with five adult couples and had a wonderful time. The house was brand new and exactly as pictured. There was plenty of space for the entire group to hang out together, as well as plenty of personal space for each couple to retreat to comfortably. We also loved spending time outdoors at the pool, fire pit, and dock. In addition, communication from the management company was incredibly promptly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and nothing but good things to say!

Inquire how many towels are in the house for your overnight stay.

The house was great! However, the initial accommodations of towels were horrible! In my party we had 13 people including children. The host only had 13 towels for the three nights of our stay. Also, the hot tub was NOT inviting. (Not cleaned)! He’s reason for it made me feel if those the water came from the lake. With saying this, the next morning, the host came with more towels, and cleaned the hot tub. That made it a better stay for us!
