"Terrific location. Maybe the best location I could’ve asked for. The photos shown were not of the suite we stayed in and not the same address originally given. Stained, water damaged wall in the bathroom. Bathroom stinks a bit, and not just from dropping a duece. Missing specified amenities, like hair dryer and Netflix, which were remedied same day once complaints were made. Cockroaches are common in Maui apparently. I don’t appreciate being bait and switched, but the location more than made up for it. Don’t hesitate to stay with this agent, it is definitely suitable, just Don’t expect it to match the photos on Expedia "

"Pros: nice view, proximity to an excellent beach and restaurants. Good building maintenance and parking. Negatives: Active termite problem in the kitchen, which the owner said was a recurring problem. This biased my opinion, as I wouldn't accept it in my own property and certainly not acceptable in a rental at this price point. "
