This private guest suite is located on the lower level of the home and features its own separate entrance, giving you both comfort and privacy during your stay.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space with a full kitchen and a small desk area—ideal if you need to catch up on work while you’re away. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, and both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A gas fireplace adds a cozy touch, especially during the cooler fall and winter months.

Step outside to enjoy the enclosed patio, or make your way down to the private beachfront. It’s the perfect place to take in a sunset or gather around a fire by the water.
