「I was looking for a quiet place for a concert in Oxford. The price being half of a one bedroom hotel in Oxford also sold it. The house was very clean, spacious, and only about 25-30 minutes away from the stadium. The only downside was bad phone service, and no TV or wifi yet. Manager of the house was helpful before and during the trip for texts and calls.」

「Alvin was a great host, we ran late getting there, Alvin called to check on us. Helped with detailed instructions. Actually waited up on us past his bedtime. He was there each time we came off the lake, shared stories. He treats you in a manner that makes you relaxed and feel welcome. His location is away from traffic, yet close to docks and restaurants. Definitely consider for the peace and quiet, much preferred over hotel room. Great stay.」

「My group have been having annual fishing trips for over 20 years and this seems to be our best accommodation. Really loved the setup for boat parking, charging, fish cleaning and adequate lighting all around. Comfort seating in the family room. Nice bar set up. Adequate kitchen supplies. Nice deep freezer on the back porch. Overall a very nice stay.」
