「The Radison Freehold staff took the time to call us before we arrived to let us know that the hot water and wifi were not working. They moved our reservation to a different nearby hotel and everything was seamless. Many thanks to them for being proactive and so helpful, saving us time at check in and making our trip a smooth one!」
