Sleeps up to 16! This modern, newly renovated home consists of 2 large apartments, rentable separately or together. You have a private backyard to relax/dine with a wide umbrella. Hardwood floors sit beneath exposed beams, w/ stainless steel appliances. House has 5 queen beds, twin bunk beds, two sofas and two air mattresses with provided linens. Dog friendly, ($100 fee for one, $25 per additional). Parking for 1-2 cars plus a parking pass for nearby parking lots. WiFi speed 300 mbps
Unit A is located on the first floor and features three lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, and a kitchenette. We have provided an air mattress, couch, pack and play, high chair, and a sound machine in each unit for your convenience.
Unit B is located on the second floor and also features three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, and a full kitchenette. We have provided an air mattress, couch, pack n play, and high chair in this unit as well.
Please note that our home only has one narrow off-street parking space that can fit 1-2 small cars. It is a small space, so please keep this in mind when planning your trip. We also have a parking pass for another car 4-5 minute walk from the house.
We also have an outdoor common area that is exclusively accessible to people renting our home. The common area includes six chairs, a table, and a table with benches, perfect for enjoying a meal or relaxing with friends and family.
Please be aware that there are two outdoor staircases that connect the two units, and they cannot be accessed from the inside. This may not be suitable for all guests, so please keep this in mind when booking.

-Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.
-Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.
-Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.
✔IMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION
The Property Management Company (“Manager”) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.
The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property;
-Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or
-Any violation of the property’s pet policy or house rules.
Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guest’s occupancy without refund.
Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeowner’s, renter’s, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.
This clause shall survive the termination of any rental agreement or guest occupancy.
