Nestled on a peaceful residential street just off Spring Street, this two-story townhouse-style suite places you within easy walking distance to some of Charleston’s best restaurants, bars, boutique shops, MUSC, and the College of Charleston.

Step through the grand entryway and into a space thoughtfully designed by one of Charleston’s most celebrated interior designers. With a beautiful blend of modern patterns and historic touches, this home offers both upscale style and cozy comfort. Originally built in 1852, the home allows you to enjoy a piece of Charleston’s rich history while relaxing in modern luxury—just a few blocks from iconic King Street.

The living room features soaring ceilings and tall windows that fill the space with natural light. It’s the perfect spot to unwind—whether you're watching a movie on the Smart TV or sharing a meal in the inviting dining area. Hosting additional guests? The plush sofa pulls out into a comfy King-size bed. A chic half bathroom is conveniently located off the living area, and the fully equipped kitchen—with stainless steel appliances and updated fixtures—is ready for your culinary creations.

Upstairs, you'll find a washer and dryer, a spa-like full bathroom, and two stylish bedrooms—each featuring a King-size bed, luxury linens, and ample closet space. One of the bedrooms also includes a cozy desk setup, ideal for remote work or writing postcards from your stay.

One off-street parking spot is included in the labeled space just out front—please be sure to only park in the designated spot.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

The king beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed the quiet location and access to restaurants. The townhome had everything we needed.

Walking distance to King Street which has numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Suggest uber/lyft to the market area. Good communication with management and we were able to get into our unit 30 minutes early. It’s nice they welcome well behaved pets.

The apartment was great for two couples. In a quiet neighborhood with some really great restaurants but walkable to King Street as well. Bathroom could use a little updating, but overall great stay.

The neighborhood was very quiet. The off street parking was great especially since parking is so tight everywhere. The house we stayed in was very clean with modern decor and appliances placed in an old and historic Charleston home. Walking to King Street and area restaurants and shops was easy…just bring your waking shoes!

Our stay was great - a good location within walking distance to King Street. The house was well equipped with soaps, dishwasher detergent, etc. which is great. I hate to have to go out and purchase those when you just need a little bit. Parking was right next to the house. Only disappointment was that we didn’t have a little front porch to sit on which was on the website picture. The picture is showing the front of the house. This unit is on the side - no little porch to sit on.
