Perfect place for 3 adults to stay! Close to all the main spots in Charleston was able to walk to king street and main sight seeing places! Clean place and felt really safe! Also great communication with owner on all the questions we had!
The property itself is modern and cute plus clean as can be. The communication with management was top notch. One of the best parts was the location as it was walkable and far from the busy streets so it wasn’t as loud. We really enjoyed our stay!
We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, including to King St! Calmer area with nearby restaurants and small grocery markets. Gets you all of the hustle and bustle, but plenty of vibe around the area!

Beautiful apartment. Comfy beds and great linens. Walkable neighborhood and centrally located. Parking is a bit tight and the steps are steep but doable.
This was a perfect place to stay with our two boys (16 and 18) for a couple days of sightseeing. We walked a lot, but there are enough parking garages/lots in the day that we didn’t feel like walking as much. The neighborhood is quiet, the actual apartment is well taken care of. Highly recommend!
The Julep Suite was clean, functional, and very conveniently-located in Charleston. Charleston overall is a very (very) expensive city for the region, and the Julep Suite was relatively economical within that context. I'm sure that a similar place located closer to King Street would be double the price. As it is, the area is pretty convenient and walkable. Lots and lots of young people in this area. The Suite itself was clean and reasonably well-equipped. Appliances, fixtures, furniture was short-term-rental generic. But everything worked and was clean and tidy. The Suite itself is "compact" and if occupied by 6 people (we only had 4), it would be kind of tight. There is no dining room or dining room table.The building/Suite is secure and there is one off-street parking space allocated to the Suite. The host company was very easy to communicate with and seemed to be attentive to our needs (we didn't have any requests).
We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The home is well appointed and recently remodeled. It's off the beaten path a bit which is what we were looking for. Everything is walkable and everything is about a $10 Uber ride away. The property staff was very attentive, even though we didn't need anything. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip.
My sisters and I went to Charleston to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday. The location was good. We were able to walk to some restaurants, but it was too hot to walk everywhere. The bedrooms/ beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely equipped but we didn't really need it. Why cook when the food and bar scene is so amazing!
The accommodations were wonderful. The place was clean and well appointed. There were a few missing items, but the staff was extremely responsive. The ice maker didn't work but we were brought ice within 30 minutes. It was an easy walk up Cannon Street to the free shuttle on King Street.

Good for girls trip
The location was good and fairly safe. I would caution that the third floor unit in the front of the building makes bringing luggage in and out difficult. The unit could use some insulation and new windows. Management was helpful.
The home has been well-updated. Each room had very nice beds. We had 4 people staying and the space was just big enough. Even though there are 3 bedrooms, it would be a tight squeeze for 6 adults to stay there, only because the living space and kitchen are very small. Since we were out and about each day, it wasn't too much of an issue. We did appreciate the white noise machines in each bedroom because outside noise was easy to hear. The machines helped alleviate that small concern.The location was convenient to many local restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance.The staff was very easy to contact with any questions and responded quickly.
Clean and modern in an 100 year old house. My friend is restless sleeper and wished for a fitted sheet. Messaged about ice maker and they brought us ice plus new batteries for a remote. Took great care.
When we arrived at the building, we were actually concerned because the outside of the building looks a bit worn, and there was a pile of recycling trash, overflowing from the two recycling garbage cans, and someone was parked in our parking space. Not a good first impression!! The trash was still there when we left. I'd recommend investing in several additional recycling cans. BUT, upon entering the space we were pleasantly surprised. It was updated and very clean. The three flights of steps are a challenge--so take note! You will have to carry your bags up those steps! The location was okay. Directly behind the hospital which makes for some emergency noise throughout the night, but again, this is a great value and absolutely doable. The DASH is free transportation to town center( town center is about 1.5 miles away) and is really very good, so getting around is not an issue.
