Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.


🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

Very nice apartment in a great location. Everything you need for a wonderful stay in Charleston. Beds are extremely comfortable with quality linens. Baths are up to date and more than adequate. Small kitchen and living space were perfect for our group of 3 adults.

It was great. Place was very nice. Only complaints are the fans in bathroom on wall were full of dust…they need to be cleaned every once in a while and the edges of the bed stick out (nothing you can really do about it) but I got lots of bruises…

Good location to explore all Charleston has to offer. Was as pictured, very clean and modern. We needed an option for later check out or luggage storage, host had a quick solution and was very helpful. Beds are all really comfortable. Love towel and toiletries!

Nice quaint place but cleaning standards dismal. I stayed at the downstairs unit a year ago and the beddings were not changed for us. They had to come change them out during our stay. I decided to give them a second chance as the location is great and overall very good neighborhood. Second time again NONE of the beds had clean linen- hair, stains and literally you could see the indentation where someone had slept. Worst thing to experience at midnight after a days travel. They did refund the cleaning fee and a portion of the cost but at that point we were so disappointed and ready to leave. Great place but cleaning lacking.

Th e property was as shown online.However,the sofa had a tear in one cushion.The AC dips to 71@night(too cold) A dual table would be nice for eating and playing board games.Also move big mirror in hall to space behind sofa and put paintings in it's place.Place modem and cables in the straw basket.Move mirror from kitchen to the bedroom.

A group of friends rented out this property along with another unit in the building since we were in town for a wedding. The unit was lovely and clean with plenty of fresh towels. It is about a 40 minute walk to Poogan's Porch but it is a beautiful walk and goes fast. There is a cute coffee shop around the corner to kick off your morning and Holy City bagels is about 10 minutes away. I will warn that this unit is on the road so the front two bedrooms do hear quite a bit of traffic from cars especially in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in the back bedroom or booking one of the units found in the back of the house. The middle bedroom also is pretty bright in the mornings with the bed positioned right next to the window so I would recommend bringing an eye mask to avoid being woken up. Regardless of the above, I would definitely still consider booking this unit again if I were in town with a larger group.

The property is very nice and updated. Sure clean and It was the perfect size for our small group. You will still need to drive or Uber/Lyft to popular locations BUT.., it was always a quick jaunt. It was a little loud at times due to the airport being close by. Parking is a big issue. Tenants did not stick to their assigned space or the size restrictions. There are six spaces and on our visit 4 were taken by large vehicles (Expedition, Tahoe, etc) and decided they could park where and how they wanted.

Perfect for 3 adults, though only have 1 parking spot. Can walk to MUSC (we were there for school) as well as to King street for shopping and dinner. Clean with comfortable beds. 1 en suite and 2 rooms with shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Apartment wasn’t 100% clean when we got there. Bathrooms were nice. Management was rude when we discovered leftover food from someone else in the microwave. They wouldn’t refund us anything. You could hear the upstairs neighbors too. Overall, not impressed and would stay elsewhere when I come back to Charleston.

The condo was perfect for the three of us. Each had their own bedroom. We walked into the historic district every day. There were good places to eat just down the street or around the corner. It is close to a hospital but the sirens from the emergency vehicles were few and far between. Contact with Costal Vacation Properties was very easy. Early in the week, they touched base with us to see how things were going and I emailed them at the end of the week to give them a heads-up about a wonky faucet. We were very happy with our stay.

This is a very clean and cute property. Lots of gray paint, white trim, marble tile and counters, and shiplap walls. Not as big as advertised - I'd say it's only 850 sq ft or so, based on the owner's diagrams posted on each wall. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are small but clean, pretty, and well-stocked. You're on a fairly busy street, so there is car noise, but it's not bad. Lack of water pressure and no sink disposal in the kitchen make cooking clean-up a little difficult, but appliances are new and in great shape. A/C was great and there are also ceiling fans in each room - not needed, but nice for the breeze. You're on the second floor and there isn't an elevator (that I saw), so be prepared to lug bags up and down the stairs. But all in all, a charming place which was very comfortable and met my needs.
