The Space:

"The Palms of Charleston" is a beautifully restored antebellum home, offering a perfect mix of history and sophistication. Relax in a style with access to a serene shared courtyard with a hot tub – a rare amenity in downtown Charleston – all just steps from vibrant King St!





PLEASE NOTE: The home is a triplex consisting of three completely separate Suites—A, B, and C—which are not connected internally and there are no shared indoor spaces. While each Suite has its own entrance and dedicated porch space, the courtyard and hot tub are shared among all guests staying at the property.





This listing is for Suite C – located on the 2nd + 3rd floor.

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite C and its balcony seating area. The courtyard and hot tub are shared with Suites A + B.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: 1 parking space is provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 1 block from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 8 AM. There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.



• Hot Tub Hours: 9 AM - 9 PM



• This home is divided into 3 completely separate Suites. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suites B + C are located on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The courtyard and hot tub are shared by all 3 Suites.



• Stairs Required – Suite C is located on the 2nd / 3rd floors.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only, there are 3 exterior cameras on the property. They monitor the entrances to each suite and the courtyard. Cameras do not monitor any interior spaces.
