Great neighborhoodVery clean! They had a assortment of snacks set out for us! Hot Tub was great! The house set up was nice and comfortable! The beds had the absolute best mattresses! We would definitely go back again!

What a beautiful place to stay! Our entire family stayed for a week! We had an amazing stay with all the comforts of home!! The home was very clean and clearly well taken care of! The backyard was also very nice and fenced in! Though we didn't bring our dog, we easily could have and I would've felt comfortable with her in the backyard while we ran about town!

I had a long term stay at this location and our stay here felt like home. The house was comfortable and provided the necessities to cook and relax. The location is great and the neighborhood is great to walk.
The property was a great place to stay. It was convenient to the downtown and beach areas. We attended a wedding and had easy access to the activities for the week. I would book again in the future if I need to go to Charleston.

The owners of this cute house have thought of every detail. I give it an A+ for cleanliness and comfort. The beach chairs were great. Master bed was very comfortable. Our teenage sons said their beds were comfortable as well, Would definitely stay again!

This is a nicely renovated home in a quiet neighborhood on James Island that is very convenient to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. The home features a spacious, open floor plan, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The coffee bar in the master suite is particularly nice if you need a private cup of coffee before joining your guests in the main part of the home. I would definitely stay here again.
