Fairway Five Clubhouse, a spacious & airy home with two master suites for the adults and a bunk bedroom for the kids, is the perfect home for you. Tucked away in the Vanderhorst Plantation community within the gated Kiawah Island Resort, this home is nestled within the island's lush trees & maritime forest and looks out onto the fairway of the 5th hole of Osprey Point Golf Course. The vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and nearly floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a comfortable, bright & relaxing vibe. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the screened porch or back deck. When you are ready to hit the beach, drive your car to a nearby parking area and walk to boardwalk 40.

Kiawah Island is a private access, park-like gated community with a very unique conservation approach. Surround yourself in the splendor of Kiawah Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush seaside forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the 30+ miles of trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for sharks' teeth & shells on the 10-mile long beach along the Atlantic Ocean, spend a soothing afternoon at the spa, play a round of golf, take tennis lessons with a pro or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach. Be sure to check out Kamp Kiawah & nature programs for your kids, take a drive to nearby Charleston, SC and visit the tea plantation on Wadmalaw Island!

Guests enter Fairway Five Clubhouse by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front door of the home. You'll enter the front door to find the foyer. Two of the home's bedrooms - the bunk bedroom and one of the home's master suites - are located off of the foyer. Walk a half flight of stairs down from the foyer to find the home's dining room, living room with wet bar, and kitchen. The home's other master suite is located one half flight of stairs up from the living room. There is a back porch with rocking chairs and a screened porch off of the kitchen & living room areas. Off-street parking on the driveway and in the garage for up to 5 cars is included in the rental rate.

Fairway Five Clubhouse is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

Resort Pool Access not permitted with this rental.

Private House

Great house on Kiawah. Although all of Kiawah is private, this street is VERY quiet, which was great! Layout was perfect for our family, and not too long of a bike ride to the beach. House matched photos exactly. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very comfortable. The home was spacious and located on a beautiful quiet street. Unfortunately the weather was not the best but we enjoyed our excursions to see the Charleston area.

Fantastic Clubhouse

This Clubhouse is beautiful and peacefully quiet with a fantastic view of the golf course. The kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, and cookware you need. Two King suites and a bunk bed room makes this a great house for adults and kids. The upstairs has a great setup with a huge closet, two vanities, two showers, and a laundry area. With everything you could want or need in a beautiful home that’s only a five minute drive from beach access, you can’t go wrong by staying at this property. It was even prettier than the online photos. Communication was outstanding before, during, and after our trip. We were able to text out questions and get answers almost immediately. We highly recommend iTrip and the Fairway Five Clubhouse for your family vacation or getaway.

Spring Break 2023

We stayed here for the remainder of the week after spending a few days in Charleston. The house was well laid out and nicely equipped. No issues at all and we would definitely stay here again. The garages were especially nice to keep our car and bikes out of the weather.

Gorgeous home with stunning views

Beautiful home but all the steps were difficult for some family members. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of room in dining area and family room. We loved the natural light and views. The hot water ran out very quickly so some of us took some cold showers. Thanks for an excellent vacation!

Summer vacation

Great split level home at the quiet end of the neighborhood. This house was everything we were looking for, and it delivered. Very comfortable living space and amenities with a fantastic view of the 5th fairway on Osprey. We would love to return in the future.

Clean but needs to be updated

The location of the house was perfect for a wedding we attended on Kiawah Island. It was clean, but could use updating in key areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, we had plumbing issues including no hot water in the master shower and a whistling sound that awakened us when the lower level toilet was flushed. With a few updates, this house could be really nice.

Exceptional Property/Marginal Property Manager

We loved this property! It's fabulously clean, located in a low traffic/family neighborhood, has a great bed in the master, every kitchen convenience, really nice TV's all with ROKU, 2 available garage spaces, plenty of driveway parking. Add to this a beautiful setting on the #5 fairway of Osprey Point and you have all the ingredients for a great vacation. Enter the property manager and things changed. 1st and foremost let me say they tried. The smoke alarm chimed for the duration of our stay. Granted, they were not familiar with the technology and they tried. But, it didn't get fixed during our stay. They sent a teenager to look at it who candidly admitted that they didn't know a thing about it. They suggested that (I'm 70 years old) I carry a ladder from upstairs to the downstairs and attempt to get to the ceiling to disable the alarm. I don't think so! A really great property manager would never have allowed this to go on. I encourage you to rent the property. I'm certain the owners will learn from our experience. They fix the property manager and this is the best deal on the Island!
