This is a charming, stand-alone apartment located within walking distance of the state capitol and close to all area entertainment. Private, peaceful and quiet. There is one queen-sized bed. The couch is more of a sitting, not a sleeping couch, so if there are two of you, make sure you're OK with sharing a bed.

On-street parking without parking restrictions on a quiet residential street. There is always parking available close by. The neighborhood is safe and the apartment is fifty feet off the street down a well lit paved driveway.

Enjoy a stroll through the historic east end of Charleston to the nearby Capitol with its golden dome. Walk to nearby restaurants and music venues. One mile from downtown and its variety of restaurants, entertainment venues and places of interest. Return to your own comfy, cozy and tranquil little piece of Charleston.
