The Space: Welcome to The Honeydew, a warm and inviting second-floor condo perfectly suited for couples, friends, or small families of up to four guests. Ideally located on historic Broad Street, this charming retreat offers two bedrooms, one full bath, and a thoughtfully designed kitchenette, making it a comfortable home base for your Charleston stay!

Accessed through a shared entrance and interior staircase, The Honeydew opens into a bright, airy space designed for relaxing and spending time together. The condo beautifully blends Charleston’s historic character with modern comfort, featuring original hardwood floors, high ceilings, elegant molding, a stunning original chandelier, and a decorative fireplace with original masonry.

The updated bathroom showcases Carrera marble, a spacious walk-in shower, and plush luxury linens. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with premium linens and tall windows overlooking Broad Street, filling the room with natural light. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, also dressed in soft, high-quality linens.

The partial kitchen is perfect for light meals and morning coffee, equipped with a marble countertop, stainless steel mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig and drip coffee makers, sink, and dishes and utensils for six. The kitchen flows into the living area, where you’ll find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with cable and streaming options, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire second floor, along with one off-street parking space, a valuable perk downtown. Please note the fireplace is decorative only.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
