We drove up to the property and were aghast it was in a ghetto area. We did not stay because we had grandkids who we did not feel safe letting play in the area. All the buildings around the property were boarded up and we saw rats running from the buildings onto the property grounds. The police circled the block / property 2X while were there. The advertisement said it was a safe quiet neighborhood, and it was not. The house itself might have been ok, but we did not feel safe at all.
