Wedding weekend

Great property that has a great location. Short walk to King street for bars and restaurants. We had our wedding party stay here (12 beds for 12 couples). Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which is rare in Charleston. Every question we raised was answered quickly and the staff was beyond friendly! Would absolutely recommend staying here in the future!

Super place for large group

We had 12 old fraternity brothers use the property for a long weekend and everyone appreciated the houses and the individual bathrooms! Perfect place close to all our activities!

Family wedding

Our venue for a family wedding was next door so this was a convenient location and large enough to accommodate us and each guest had their own bathroom the kitchen did not look like the photos in unit A or B both units were recently renovated unit A still had the smell of fresh paint we still had a great long weekend

Great property for a group!

We booked the entire place for our management retreat of 12 people. Everyone getting their own bedroom and bathroom was a hit! Great location and amenities. We had a great time.

Charleston getaway

We used the property to get the bridal party and their partners together a couple days before the wedding and to have group meals. It was perfect to make sure everyone had their own bathrooms and large rooms to put up dresses and tuxes. The area is beautiful, with the coffee shop Bad Bunnies down the street and a Philly cheesesteak place all the groomsmen raved about for days. I cannot review the property enough and the extras the host provided made it easy to enjoy the days leading up to the big day.

It was enough space for the entire party; we loved that there were private restrooms and tv’s for each room as well as half baths. The decor was warm and welcoming. Parking was convenient and met our needs. We would definitely use the facility again.

Great introduction to Charleston!

This was our family's first trip to Charleston and the property was exactly as listed and exceeded our expectations in terms of the cleanliness, amenities, and easy procedures. Vacation homes should either match or exceed what you are used to at home and this was very comparable. The bungalow porch became our everyday central meeting place for games, talks and laughs. Our family group of 20+ was very comfortable in the three units we rented for the long weekend and would chose this property again.

Large space for a large group. Good location and clean.

We had 8 people stay and everyone was very satisfied with their rooms, privacy and having a private bathroom. The common areas are well appointed. The location of the home is good for walking and getting to coffee shops and breakfast. Short easy drive to King St. to sightsee or have dinner. Everything was clean, internet was strong, and we had a great stay. We loved behing able to contact the host via text any time and they checkedin frequently. We would stay again.
