We had a wonderful stay for our son's recentball tournament! The unit was clean upon arrival. It was stocked with extra linens and lots of dishes. There were plenty of supplies left for washing dishes and extra trash bags. The location is perfect!

This was a great place to stay. Loved that is was a block from the beach and and easy walk. It was aslo very easy to get all over the Charleston area from here. The place is a little dated and could use some up grades but had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning and 4 of us could spread out.

Comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located.

Good location, across from park, a block’s walk to the beach, and easy access to shopping and the mainland. The building was dated and well worn. The unit was clean and comfortable but no frills. No hair dryer or Kleenex for example. Kitchen-wear were odds and ends, but completely adequate for us. We called the property managers on a few issues and got a rapid response.

Lovely, clean and close

The unit was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. There was an automatic ice maker which was nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Besties Weekend

Condo was perfect for our extended weekend. Unit was very clean, bedding comfortable and plenty of towels. Unit overlooked pool and was a very short walk to beach and shops, restaurants.

Over all a good place to stay

This place worked well for my husband, two grandparents, and our teenage son pretty well. It is dated for sure with some funky decor and paint job, but the location is great because you can walk right to the beach, the grocery store, bike rental shop, and coffee shop. It is super conveniently located if you want to pop over to Charleston, Sulivans island, ect.

The location was nice

The location was nice because it was jus across the street to the beach access and park. We have stayed on the island several times at different locations. For the needs of quick access to the beach this was nice. It’s an older building so the noise on the room above was heard even into the late hours of the night. So that was annoying but the walls are thin.

Great location but could use some updating

The beds are not very comfortable and are very small, they definitely got the cheapest beds possible. The shower handles are falling off, the trim is getting kind of moldy; the shower rings are rusty. Just overall needs some money to be put into it. Even updating the faucet fixtures would be a step forward. There weren’t extra paper towels or extra trash bags so we had to buy some. I just think it can be improved. But the location is perfect.

Great location in Isle of Palms

A lot of great things about the property. They had chairs on site to take down to the beach. Pool view, and easy to get to. Beds are a bit stiff and the dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes at all.

Property could use some remodeling

Condo up above unit was very loud and could hear everything. There was no sound barrier. Door to bedroom needs replaced due to falling apart. Was somewhat dirty. Shower facet dripped continuous. No washer/dryer. Limited towels for 3 people staying. Bathroom rugs dirty. Would probably not stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used this rental several times & overall it works great. The HOA, not the rental company, has restricted parking passes to one. This is a bit annoying when there are 2couples coming from different areas & one has to park blocks away or use a pay lot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was great but there were a few issues. The shower head in master was full of black crust which I assumed was mold. We cleaned. The toilet in the same bathroom made extremely loud obnoxious noise when flushed. It needs fixing. Someone entered our condo with the code after we took possession. She said she was the last tenant. It was a bit disconcerting! Other than that it was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

Island Realty - Great vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only stayed for a few days and our relatives live in Mt. Pleasant so it was a lot to drive back and forth but overall this property was excellent and our stay was effortless. Keyless entry is wonderful!
