I have never visited a hotel where I felt so welcomed, taken care of, and given all necessary information in such a friendly professional manner. The hotel lived up to its reputation for excellence. If we go back to Charleston, we will definitely stay there."

"This is a very comfortable hotel right in the middle of Charleston with lots of good restaurants, museums and historical attractions within walking distance. The staff is helpful, omnipresent and courteous. Not cheap, however. Rooms are reasonably priced but amenities can be costly. We liked our room, but some issue with water pressure and water running through cold water faucet never really got cold. Overall we would recommend the Bennett/ provided you are not on a budget! Complimentary car service was a big plus."
