This cozy, beautifully appointed two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Unwind in the beautifully decorated living area, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and retire to the comfortable bedrooms for a restful night`s sleep. There are two smart tv’s in the living room and king bedroom that will give you access to your favorite streaming services as well as Samsung tv+ for those who prefer live tv or just want to catch up on news.

Situated in the heart of the walkable Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood, you`ll find yourself steps away from everything Charleston has to offer. You`ll have a reserved parking space on site where you can leave the car, as you can walk to everywhere you`ll want to be downtown. Located just a stone`s throw from MUSC, explore the trendy shops along King Street, admire historic charm, and within just a short walk, enjoy the bustling nightlife that defines this captivating city.

This second-floor apartment is one of six total units developed in a charming Charleston property with a large rear parking lot. Guests are given personal keypad codes to come and go as they please, with the utmost privacy and safety in mind. Your hosts, Zack and Jaime, are available 24/7 and can be at the property within minutes to help with anything guests should need.

The Cannonbourough-Elliotborough neighborhood is among the most sought-after locations in downtown Charleston for travelers, due to its proximity to shopping, nightlife, the historic district, and the best restaurants in town.

Getting around Charleston is a breeze whether it be by foot, by car, Uber/Lyft or CARTA, the free downtown bus service.

For those with vehicles, there is one free parking space reserved for you in the private lot at the property, as well as additional spaces which can be reserved for minimal daily rates should you need more than one parking space.
