とても特別な家...フォリービーチのランドマーク。 海から2ブロック、フォリービーチの町の中心部から1ブロックの場所に、車を停めてフォリーの散歩道があります。 上から下に完全に復元された、家は高い天井（10から14フィート）、650平方を特徴とします。 フォート、ビードボードの壁、サッシの重み付けされた窓、堅木張りの床。クラシックなビーチハウス。ただし、全面改装済み。

お風呂は近代的な備品とシャワーでの大規模な散歩で更新されています。 レトロキッチンには、セメントカウンター、GE Profileのガスコンロ、非常に冷たい冷蔵庫があります。 私たちは最近、このクラシックなコテージをさらに快適にするための新しいセントラルヒーティングシステムとエアシステムを追加しました。 正面のサンルームには新しい籐製の家具があり、読書に最適です。

Don’t let the name fool you. Unless your idea of retreat involves windows vibrating from mediocre bands and rappers until 11 PM, this isn't a retreat.The Reality:Sound: You are 50 steps from a loud outdoor stage. We couldn’t hear our own tablet at night. Our only "quiet" night was when it rained and the venue closed.Maintenance: Musty sheets and nasty-tasting ice.Logistics: The shower lacks basic shelving (products go on the floor), and loud trucks arrive at dawn to service the bar next door."I plan to be a frequent visitor to this area and enjoy the local venues, but misrepresenting a high-traffic noise zone as a 'retreat' is a failure in hospitality. I request that the listing be updated to include a noise disclosure."Positives: The beach is lovely and Bert’s is convenient, but the lack of transparency from Carolina One is disappointing. A "retreat" implies peace—this was a 12-hour-a-day concert.

We loved this rental. Description is 100% accurate and exceeded our expectations. Spotless, all amenities in perfect order, property management excellent, and great location just two blocks from the beach. Chico Feo restaurant in the next block was a big plus. Simple menu, and drink options, but all excellent, and we really enjoyed both their canned, and their live music.

There are many things to love about this rental there are also some downsides. This little bungalow is 2 blocks from the beach and short walks to all the restaurants you would need! The house itself doesn't have anywhere for you to unpack or keep your suitcase. We left ours on the floor of the living room. There's a very popular and noisy bar right across the street and the delivery trunks start driving and beeping at 7:00am most mornings. We did enjoy our week at Folly and will come back, but next time it will be front beach and a bit more accommodating rental.

Perfect beach bungalow.

This house has absolutely everything you could need for a short getaway to fun folly beach. It's well equipped with top appliances. It was impeccably clean and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. Sitting outside in the shade of the beautiful trees was a dream. And the best part of this house was the location. We are a young couple, and took a couple days to refresh away from the kids and really treasured being able to walk to every bar and restaurant to soak in the vibe of Folly. At night sitting on the porch you can ever hear the ocean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Clean and quaint but not for us.

The house is quaint and clean but just not our vibe. There is NO privacy. The only blinds are in the bedroom and bathroom and with the house being on the corner of a bust intersection, everyone walking by can see straight in. There is NO storage for your things. No drawers, closet, etc. The bathroom has a pedestal sink so again no where to place your toiletries. The mattress and pillows were very low quality. It is also right across from a bar with live music. Again, clean dnd cute but was t comfortable for more than one night so we left early.

Simply Fabulous

One of the best vacation houses I have ever experienced! Clean, tidy, well maintained and equipped. The listing initially stated that there was no microwave nor additional toiletries (1 provided) but there was a clean microwave, 2 toasters, sizable fridge, coffee pot with filters, 2 outdoor showers, serene porches/decks, plenty of towels in just the cutest clean, modernized cottage and the most perfect location just a short walk to the beach. It was the ideal stay for me with fantastic restaurants either within walking distance or a short drive. While a came alone for a respite this truly makes a couples’ perfect getaway!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

It was top notch location, though felt very private. We are young honeymooners so being close to the beach and everything going on was perfect. No need to drive/find parking. Huge plus was the outdoor shower for coming back from the beach. The place itself was super quaint and just what we needed! The property management was personable and available, great to communicate with, but gave us space our entire stay.

Great overall location and home

House was as anticipated. Adequate room, clean and well set up. Two blocks to the ocean or the central road. The only surprise was a small very busy restaurant across the street from the home. Live Music on Tuesday night that went till well after 11 pm. Fortunately the house and location made up for a pretty loud neighbor.
