Great parking, safe neighborhood, comfortable beds and linens, appreciated early check-in and attentive property management. Due to peaked ceiling, the upstairs shower is pretty short in height.

Great location!

It was a clean house in a great location! Perfect space for 3 couples. We tried to cook breakfast and dinner for 6 people but it was difficult because the kitchen pots and pans were not large enough and the quantity was not efficient, we made it work but it was a bit difficult. The beds we comfortable and the room space was great. The master bedroom on the first floor did not have an attached bathroom but was spacious. The porch area on the front was great to sit and people watch. The back porch was great to have a quiet sitting area. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful

We truly enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the location as it was walkable to the downtown, but in a more quiet area. Only negative was there were metal plates in the road directly in front of the house which was very noisy every time a car drove over it. I’m assuming this is temporary. Otherwise, I highly recommend and would absolutely stay at this location again.

Beautiful home in great location

The home was perfect for our family. It’s and older home that’s been beautiful remodeled to accommodate 3 different units. We were on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Location could not have been better, easy walking to King St where lots of eating and entertainment options are available. The place comes with a parking space. Owner communicated a lot with everything we needed to know to get into the place and even after we checked in to make sure nothing was missing. I would stay at a Duvet property again.

Great Location

We spent Thanksgiving week here and had the best time. Spring Street is so charming with lots of great boutiques and coffee shops. There’s a convenience store a block away, which is always nice and just a few blocks from everything on King St. in regards to the house, the bedrooms were great sizes and the beds were super comfortable. The two balconies were perfect and the courtyard was so charming. The only thing I would recommend as others have stated is the lighting in the bathroom, challenging for makeup, but we just sat in front of a window. We’d def go back!

Loved this spot!

This apartment was perfect for our group of five friends! We came into town for a festival and the location of this place allowed us to easily enjoy everything downtown, too. The apartment was clean and spacious enough. We loved the small deli right downstairs, and the minimart one block away was very convenient for food and drinks. We’d stay here again!

Opinion about the accommodations.

We had nothing but trouble with the security lock. If you want people to use your black makeup towels, you need to provide more than one for two people. I would not go behind someone who had used the towel before me! The mirror in the bathroom upstairs is totally unusable. You provided a cheap one in the bedroom, but it sat on the floor and had poor lighting. I ended up putting it in a chair and pushing it against the closet door so I could actually see out of it. Other than the luggage rack there was nothing to set anything on. Basically, the bare minimum in everything. The parking was fantastic.I never moved my car while there. The beds were also very nice. No, I would not stay there again.

No Tv in any bedroom, no dishwasher, old broken washer, old noisy HVAC, A ripoff at that price. Best thing was the porch. Thought there would be old Charleston charm. Just old.

Simple clean and convenient

We had a comfortable stay with 5 adults (family) in the three bedrooms with large, comfortable beds. The location was very convenient to downtown Charleston, and the highway was nearby for entering and leaving town. The Duvet management company was quick to respond to a minor issue we had with internet. The kitchen was well equiped but a bit sparse of counter space and there was no dishwasher. There was fairly limited seating in the living room with just one couch and one small chair. The large primary bedroom downstairs utilized the full bathroom off of the living room, which was not as convenient as an ensuite bath...also the bath was not very private when the living room was in use. While the bedrooms had closets with hangars there were no dressers or shelves which would be very helful for unpacking rather than living out of suitcases. Overall it was a really positive experience and we would recommend it or stay again. Also the coffee shop immediately next door was really nice - don't miss the Egg sandwich on sourdough bread or the home made pop tarts!!

So happy we chose this VRBO!

This VRBO was the perfect place to stay in Charleston amazing location walking location to everything and the cutest house. It was so professionally cleaned when we arrived and had super comfortable bedding. Couldn’t be more pleased! We had three couples stay at the property and again it was just perfect. Definitely will be trying to stay here next time I come.

Great stay! The place was very clean and walking distance to everything.

Smoke detector was hanging from the case in the living room. And someone who claimed to be “completing work” in the house just walked right in, before our check out time, without knocking, otherwise great stay!

Great location cute house but hot

Three of us ladies got together for a weekend away in August. We knew it would be hot but it was worse than expected. The house is nice the only downfall is that the only AC is the 3 window units in the 3 bedrooms to cool the house. Suite B is on the 2nd and 3rd floor so it is HOT. There are no ceiling fans anywhere in the unit to help move air, I think that would have helped. I recommend the house but don't go in the hot of summer

Love Charleston!

This place was perfect for us. We could walk to a lot of things. If you don’t feel like walking Uber is always only a minute away.. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay again ❤️

Quaint place, great location

Great location, just off upper King street! House was quaint, clean. Stayed with adult family for Law School graduation. Not a dresser to be found in any of the 3 bedrooms! You could have certainly added one to the king bedroom, I get the small size of the other 2 bedrooms, but you could add something small to help put your clothes instead of living out of suitcase. Also add hangers to closets, only 1 closet had a few hangers. Also recommend adding liquid hand soap to the empty containers in the bathrooms.. Additional lighting & mirrors would help in the bedrooms for getting ready. Overall a nice place, would be excellent with the few suggestions! Thanks!
