  • Come relax in our spacious villa located a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a second-floor villa with a one-bedroom king size bed. There is a Large screened in porch for relaxing. Full size fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. High Speed internet and you tube T.V. are available. Walk or bike to the beach! Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door! No need for a car. You can bike to shopping and dining. Our home is in walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball. and the elegant Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. It is also conveniently located near the Conference Center and Night Heron Park! This villa is on the second floor (roughly 15 to 20 steps) and there is no elevator. Easy check-in process using a digital security doorknob. Only 2 parking spots available. RBL23-000220

Very clean and comfortable villa. The host provided a few beach chairs and wagon that was very helpful walking to the beach. Even though the villa is very close to the tennis courts, we did not hear any noise. We enjoyed our stay!

The check in was easy. The unit was clean and in a quiet convenient location. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. As a suggestion, It would have been nice to have coffee pods provided as well as detergent for washing clothes. Would definitely stay in again.
