Yes, you said there was no elevator, but failed to mention stairs.2. The bed sheets need to be replaced! They have been used so much that there are tiny fabric balls on the sheets. (See pics)"

"The staff were very kind and helpful. Couldn’t be better. - phone call before we came- n once we arrived. Breakfast was fine- no spray for waffle iron so they would not come out. Room was advertised as sleeps 3. How is that possible- 3 in the king bed?! The shower would not turn on- young man at desk was very kind and came right down n turned it on. This room is not handicapped accessible. Door opens wrong way to the bathroom. Bathroom isn’t easy to get into. "
