  • Big water views , great dock and ramp . Located on the Hilton side of Bear Creek. Short boat ride to Bomb Island to view the Purple Martins in flight from June thru September or watch from the dock, deck or porch daily.4 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Approximately 30 minutes to downtown Columbia and the University of South Carolina. About an hour to Augusta National Golf Club. Great spot to stay for the Masters Tournament. Easy access to marinas,restaurants and grocery stores in nearby Ballentine or Chapin. Lake Murray is over 50,000 acres and has approximately 600 miles of shore line. Great fishing and boating opportunities. 5 miles to downtown Chapin . Secluded family neighborhood.Huge deck 30x20 and great screened porch.
