Quarto 403 - Hotel Romanville - Chapecó

Não tirei fotos do local, mas o quarto era bem espaçoso e tinha ar condicionado e Frigobar. O Frigobar não é abastecido, tem que pegar o bebida fora e trazer. Fiquei no AP 403. Internet não funcionou nem um dos 3 dias que fiquei e no Banheiro o vaso fica literalmente encostado ao box do banheiro. Quando a gente senta tem que ficar de lado e mesmo assim encosta no box do banheiro. A Cama não foi arrumada nem um dos dias.

Hotel muito ruim. Péssimo atendimento. Pessoal sem vontade de trabalhar. Não efetuam a limpeza dos quartos. Café sempre com falta de itens. Quarto estava com resto de comida há dias no frigobar.

Bom custo beneficio com café da manhã

Pelas avaliações fiquei até com medo mais no geral pelo preço que paguei com desconto valeu super a pena pois tinha cafe da manhã porém precisa disponibilizar mais papel higiênico e a estrutura do hotel é bem antiga. Mais quem vai ir so pra dormir vale a pena se pegar com desconto como peguei no preço secreto.

Péssimo, reservei quarto com Ar-condicionado e deram o controle do ar, porém no quarto não tinha ar, atendente falou que não podia fazer nada, carro teve que ficar na rua, banheiro com box atravesado e improvisado

Hotel barato e bem simplesinho.

Hotel muito simples, nadinha de luxo, hotel antigo, chuveiro elétrico. O conforto não é todo aquele, mas serviu bem pra dormir, cobertores velhos, com elevador, ar condicionado funcionou bem. Foto do quarto não condiz com o quarto. Café da manhã muito bom. Carro estacionado na rua por falta de vaga em garagem.

Hotel só tem 8 vagas, deixei o carro em um estacionamento aberto, café da manhã com poucas opções, cama horrível, frigobar não tem uma água, banheiro claustrofóbico, na recepção passaram dois atendentes um super atencioso o outro extremente despreparado para um bom atendimento. Serviço de quarto inexistente. Detalhe nem toalha de rosto fornecem.

Gostei da localização, da simpatia dos funcionários e aquecimento do quarto. Não gostei do eco nos corredores, as chaves dos outros quartos fazendo barulho para abrir, outros hóspedes falando alto nos quartos e da pouca opção de canais para assistir a noite.

Fiz uma reserva e ao chegar ao hotel meu marido foi informado de que não tinha vaga. Foi muito constrangedor e, além do mais teve que retornar para casa, 300 km , com tempo chuvoso, correndo risco de vida.vou procurar meus direitos.
