Downtown stay

We were in town to see kids Winter band and choir concerts. The loft has a homey feel amd we were immediately comfortable. Very open, large spaces. Easy to relax and had all the things we needed for our stay and then some!Will definitely keep K's Place in mind next time we are in the area!

We LOVED this place! It’s very roomy and clean! It was stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for an overnight stay! It was very quiet (once the fireworks from the July 4th parties settled down) but we LOVED it! I would give MORE stars if I could!

More than excellent

I stayed with my adult daughter and her 15 yr old son while we visited her grown daughter. The pull-out sofa was perfect for him and the 2 queen size beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment is very roomy and very conveniently located in the downtown area. It was beautifully decorated and had every comfort one could ask for. We truly loved it and hope to stay there on our next visit.

Sister birthday outing

Very nice location. The property owner runs a restaurant beneath the loft that is her pride and joy, along with the VRB. K made sure to have all sorts of incidentals in place for our stay. We enjoyed our overnight in Chanute. It was a cold evening/morning and an additional heat source in the bathroom would have been welcomed.
