"This was the second citizenM hotel I’ve stayed at and again it was great value for money. Check in is straight forward, the room was clean and soundproof and breakfast was sufficient. A reliable choice if you don’t want to splash out on somewhere upmarket."

"Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Only issue was with the towels which were not very good. Towels were old and not good for drying yourself after showering. Staff good be. More attentive but over not a bad stay for a few days"

"Worst hotel ever!!! I Will never stay here again. The reception staff needs to work on providing great customer service, especially if someone is a foreigner visiting from USA or Canada. The whole staff team doesn’t look happy, you guys look like you don’t even enjoy your job. If the job is too busy or too stressful, find another job that is well suited for you. Don’t work in hotel business. The breakfast was not good and the women working the hotel breakfast area had a lot of attitude when I ask a simple question, “where is the water?” Because I didn’t see it. It’s like you can’t ask the hotel staff anything especially if your French is not that great but I tried and made effort. Hotel did not make me feel welcomed at all. This hotel was convenient near airport but will stay at Radisson Blu Hotel which was right next door the next time I am in Paris. Avoid IBIS STYLES at all cost. There’s multiple IBIS near airport. Avoid this one IBIS STYLES. "

"Very clean room, convenient from the airport and to all destinations in Paris. The train is 2 minutes away. The buffet dinner was nice and the room was well apportioned. the only issue we had was that the bathroom door did not fully close."

"Rather comfortable and a good option for an overnight connection; have stayed here twice and both times were fine. Is a little confusing to get from Terminal 1 to the hotel."

"The room was great, during my stay my bed was freshly prepared for me. The bed was soft, warm and had that warm comfort feel. The bathroom was small, but clean, the shower was powerful and felt fresh. The amenities like the could have a better selection of choices of tv channels to watch. The following morning, the breakfast was an extra choice but had some good selection including a good cooked selection too.. The dinner was great too, with a deal of a trio of just 28 euros for a drink a large selection of entrees, the main course and dessert. The highlight of the evening was the reception staff, they were very welcoming and always made sure I enjoyed my stay. Also a big shout out to Nelson for the restaurant and his colleague I just loved his hosting and engagement with his customers. "

"Three of us in one room for one night. The good: conveniently located next to train station at airport. Fun bar and lounge area. The bad: rollaway bed was the worst I have ever had. Not flat and bruised my thigh getting out of bed due to a metal bar that was in the way. The shower drain was plugged and it almost overflowed. I had to cut short my shower. No outlet for curling iron in bathroom. My wife had to do her hair in a semi crouch in the hallway. The usb ports next to the bed did not work."
