"Sadly, the weather was unseasonably cool and wet, which was most unexpected, so we were unable to use the house as we had planned. As the house is very much geared up to be a summer rental, it does not suit for poor weather, being a little cold and dark ... so it was with regret that we left after only one day."

"Muy buena atención por parte de la persona encargada del apartamento (Kevin), muy atento en todo momento a nuestras necesidades, incluso nos facilitó un taller mecánico en el que fuimos muy bien atendidos. La casa estupenda, perfectamente ubicada, a 10 minutos andando de la catedral y centro histórico. "The hotel is situated in a converted historic monastery in a commanding position above the town and is quite unique. My wife and I had a very enjoyable one-night stay here as part of a driving tour of Galicia, finding it very clean and comfortable with good levels of service. The only issue we had was that as my wife is confined to a wheelchair with only one leg, we could only access the hotel via a back tradesman’s entrance and service lift as the disabled lift at the front door was not working, which was very disappointing."

"The hotel boasts pools and spa, but both closed early in the evening and were occupied by a private group in the morning. The shower floods the bathroom floor (poor design, nothing was broken). Overall, everything was fine and comfortable, it just wasn’t as luxurious as I’d expected. "
