Beautiful Suite if you don't have a rental car

Great location for unlimited restaurant possibilities. Beautiful suite perfect for a couple. I'm not going to decrease the review in stars but my biggest negative is the parking near this is difficult to find a spot after 7am on any day and is next to impossible after 6pm every day. The next closest parking options are also quite difficult lending to a quite frustrating experience if you are out during the day and arrive home ready for dinner and you spend 30+ minutes trying to find a parking spot. This issue will plague all hotels/rentals in and around old town Chania

We really loved everything! The owner Maria was so nice and super helpful. Our suite was wonderful, clean and spacious. I can absolutely recommend if you wish great place near The Old Town.

A hidden gem in beautiful Chania

Excellent location, on a quiet street. Great layout and a big plus for the balcony overlooking the street. I appreciated the bidet, as you can’t flush toilet paper in Greece. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance. I have to say, the real star of this place is the host, Maria ! She was there to greet me and give me all the details of the suite and tips for the city. Truly amazing hospitality, she goes above and beyond for her guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Querini again, it was my favorite hotel during my trip around Greece !

While the location is excellent, walkable to the port with easy access to municipal parking—our stay at Querini Luxury Suites was unfortunately horrendous. The apartment was overwhelmed by a disgusting sewage smell that hit you the second you walked in. There’s no door separating the bathroom, so the smell spread instantly. We didn’t even unpack our clothes out of fear they would absorb the stench. Every time we used the sink or toilet, the smell returned in full force. Chlorine was poured down the drains in an attempt to mask it, but this was a band-aid fix for what’s clearly a longstanding plumbing issue. We stayed out of the apartment as much as possible because being inside was unbearable. The only positive part of the experience was the incredible point of contact, who handled things with grace and professionalism. Unfortunately, the property manager clearly did not care about guest experience. We were offered “alternatives” that were nothing short of insulting: a 15sqm ground-floor room or a dog-themed hotel room—both obvious downgrades. A better room at a sister hotel was offered on the final night, but by then we were already at the beach. We weren’t going to cut our day short to move last-minute because of their negligence. The suite itself felt neglected and outdated: no oven, no induction hob, a broken tub, and mood lighting that didn’t work. For the price, this was far from luxury. Unless the unit undergoes proper renovation, do yourself a favour—don’t stay here

Welcoming host and great apartment!

The host was amazing and welcoming, she helped answer all our questions. The apartment was large and had everything we needed and more! Very clean and modern. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the host and apartment.

The absolute best place to stay in Chania! The suites are located one block from the busy streets, so you’re very close to everything but are also able to have a quiet sleep. But above all, Maria (the property manager) is the most lovely person on earth. She went above and beyond to make sure our time in Crete was incredible.

Tolle Lage. Sehr sauber. Super freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Management. Zimmerservice hervorragend, sogar das Geschirr wurde gespült. Wirklich alles Bestens. Wenn man Glück hat bekommt man einen Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude neben der Markthalle. Gerne wieder.

Experiencia inmejorable y atención excelente

Desde el primer momento todo fue inmejorable. El alojamiento es moderno y decorado con gusto.. La cama comfortable y grande. Nos estaban esperando en una placita junto al alojamiento para dejarnos el sitio de su propio coche y asi poder aparcar el nuestro ya que estaba en la zona vieja (zona turistica) y es dificil emcontrar sitio. Nos dieron una explicacion detallada de visitas y lugares para comer, tomar desayunos tipicos o tomar una copa. (toda la explucacion y los enlaces en la web nos los enviaron imediatamente por Whatsapp). Maria nos atendio con mucha amabilidad y detalle e incluso nos envio una tarde pastelitis de queso tipicos para que los probasemos. Tambien es importante decir que el apartamento esta muy bien equipado: tiene plancha y tabla, secador, caja fuerte, toallas de baño y toallas de pmaua.Tiene una cafetera con capsulas de cafe, refrescos y zumo incluidos. Tambien nos recibieron con fruta fresca. Maria nos vino a despedir el ultimo dia Fue atenta y detallista hasta el final.

we LOVED it!

It was just so perfect! And with a very attentive host who made sure we had all we could possibly need. the flat is simply beautiful and the area is perfect for walking around shops or visiting the coast. The rooftop terrace is a real luxury....and that bath....wow!

Top notch service! From the moment arriving from the airport taxi we were met by Manolis Kalaitzaks to walk with us to our roof top suite. He was helpful with suggestions and made a reservation for us with complimentary desert. Plus he tried to help us with lost baggage so we could enjoy our few days in the Old Port town. The room is excellent with a view! Highly recommended. Thank you for all your help and excellent service. I would return again!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Very spacious, modern, clean and well appointed. Located in the heart of Chania with shopping, market and restaurants just outside the door. Special mention must go to Manolis, our host. An amazing and generous man, who went out his way to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a great stay. Wonderful apartment, great location

Really close to all amenities and in the heart of the city but the apartment was peaceful and very comfortable. Our host Manolis was so helpful and kind and gave is lots of useful information. He was always on hand to answer our questions and arrived one day with an orange cake his mother had made. Chania is really beautiful we also did lots of day trips. Hope to return some day.

Fantastic place to stay with a fantastic host

The location was very central with everything walking distance and great restaurants and shops surrounding it.the room itself was very modern and extremely clean, which was kept immaculate by the daily maid.what really sets the hotel apart was the fantastic host Manolis. He makes the stay more than special by giving u great insight into the area and being more than hospitable being the perfect host.

Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt, hatten einen sehr netten Gastgeber und lebten den Luxus dieser suite in vollen Zügen aus (Whirlpool auf Terrasse, große runde Badewanne mit Regendusche).
