  • Our destination wedding was held on the island of #crete #greece in #chania, which is the Western side of the island. We had a total of 30 guests from 9 different countries all over the world, so to make it special, we created a week of wedding festivities rather than only one day! We had an activity day with all of the guests where we chartered a private bus to show us some of the great attractions and hidden gems of Chania. One of our stops was at Stavros Beach where Zorba the Greek was filmed! We had some traditional Greek mezethes (tapas or appetizers), which consisted of lots of #seafood ! I don't know about you, but I could stare at this plate all day long. We felt right at home. The pools are fantastic, large, and always clean. Stavros beach is within walking distance, just a few minutes away. The staff is wonderful, always kind and ready to help with any need.

I recommend this hotel for a wonderful service and beautiful clean hotel! Vicky, the manager, is such a pleasant person! The whole staff in general was very nice, polite, and very professional!

The location is convenient for reaching the most beautiful beaches in the western area of ​​the island, you need a car. Great location if you are flying from Chania airport. The staff is customer oriented and always available fot any needs, especially the staff of the internal restaurant. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

The ladies from reception - exceptional …! So nice and kind . Because of them would come back. Got a room at first with no balcony for 9 nights - but thanks to the ladies - could change the first day ! Expected a bit more from a 4 start hotel … to get cleaning was difficult . The pool area very big and not much ppl in August ../! Would I come back - not sure. Used the pool only once .. the area around is super nice and good calm Beaches and restaurants around Not to far from chaina if you have a car !

I have only good things to say about this hotel. It is close to the bus station and there are kiosk and restaurants near the hotel. The beach is also near. The personals are very nice and good people very friendly. We felt safe and happy. The pool is very big and the sun beds were nice

Easy accsess to other turist attractions. Good posibillities for good restaurants. Only 10min walking to Nice Beach. Very Nice an service minded personell at the Hotel. Swimming pool at the Hotel. If you want to look around, rent var is a must.

The owners, Matthew and Kim, are incredibly sweet and welcoming, and they’ve created a truly beautiful hotel. My children absolutely loved it here. The property features two pools and is set in a quiet, picturesque location that’s perfect for relaxing. The accommodations were wonderful—spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and clearly prepared with care. The nearby restaurant options were excellent, offering great variety within easy walking distance. Two beautiful beaches are just a short drive away—both small, peaceful, and never too crowded—which made our days by the sea even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. I loved every moment of my stay and would highly recommend Paradice Luxury Hotel to anyone visiting Crete.

Hotelli oli ihana. Vähän hankaluutta toi se, että joka kerta kun halusi syömään muualle (ravintolassa ei ravintolaa mutta voi tilata kuljetuksella) joutui kävelemään rannalle. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä mutta esim. Lattia kerkesi viikon aikana menemään todella tahmaiseksi. Aamiainen hieman yksipuolinen. Henkilökunta oli kuitenkin todella ystävällistä ja saimme nukuttua hyvin. Äänieristetyt ikkunat oli plussaa! Uima-allas alue oli siisti ja toimiva!

This place is a great deal. First, the owner is there every day takes of all your needs. She is awesome. Very peaceful and relaxibg by the pool. Lots of sun chairs and pool is warm. Full breakfast every morning. The best gym i have had at a hotel. A real workout gym. Squat rack, full size adjustable bench. Lots of 45lb plates. Dumbells from 5 to 50lb in pairs. And other common equipment. Even a heavy bag with boxing gloves. Can walk to Stavros beach, really nice cove for kids and great fish restaurant called Almyriki. They know how to cook a whole fish.

A great find.

Suited us perfectly as a one night stay before returning home to the UK. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Very nice pool. Bedroom fine but matress not that comfortable. Nice breakfast. Tavernas within walking distance for lunch or supper.

È veramente un paradiso, si trova a due passi da Zorbas beach e dai vari ristoranti della zona. Per quanto concerne la pulizia la camera è stata pulita 5 volte in una settimana, vengono rimesse sempre asciugamani nuove e il letto viene sempre rifatto. La struttura é curata e le persone che ci lavorano soko molto disponibili al dialogo. Unico neo è la colazione, viene servita al tavolo e si può scegliete tra quella inglese e quella americana, avrei preferito il buffet. Per quanto mi riguarda ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi.

Det var fra første minut en fornøjelse at være gæst på hotellet. Utrolig gæstfrit personale, hjælpsomt på alle parametre og altid smilende. Dejligt stille hotel. Morgenmaden var anrettet, og tilpas varieret.

Perfekt hotell med underbar personal.

Vicky som har hotellet var helt fantastisk! Hjälpsam och jättetrevlig. Hjälpte oss med resmål, hyrbil, specialfrukost, luncher etc. Hotellet ligger i en liten by, mysiga stränder nära, matbutik och bra restauranger på gångavstånd. Allt var toppen. Sängarna var lite hårdare än vad vi var vana vid men annars inget att klaga på. Fantastisk frukost varje morgon. Toppbetyg från oss!

Relaxing holiday

Close to local beaches. Staff very helpful. Vicky was very good at recommending places to go and looked after us. Breakfast was lovely room and pool area was so clean. Can’t wait to go back next year.

A brief visit to this quiet spot with fantastic grounds near Zorba's beach, with a very helpful staff who provided guided directions. Slightly spartan room, but very spacious and well worth the stay.

Wonderful

Fantastic local hotel run by local family. The hotel facilities were great and kept so nicely. An great workout room with weights/running equipment nice and cool. Swimming pool was glorious surrounded by good quality lounges. Vicky and her staff were amazing such lovely people willing to help /advise on anything. Quiet venue really relaxing. The local beach was glorious and mostly used by locals rather than tourists with rowdy kids.
