Can’t wait to go back. We were originally staying in a villa but the host cancelled a week before we flew out. The team at Okeanis Elysium couldn’t have been more helpful. We spoke to them directly and they were upfront about the remaining work being done at the hotel but sent pictures of the rooms, private pool and communal pool (all immaculate). We used their neighbouring hotel for breakfast which was great and despite the occasional noise of renovation work being done, we found most of it came from another building close by that had nothing to do with them. The staff were so friendly, we got to see images of how everything will look when 100% completed. Looks amazing and very high end. At the pace of the work being done during our 1 week holiday, they will be completely finished very soon and we can’t wait to go back again. Too many hotels have images from 10-15 years ago and look outdated when you arrive. This place is BRAND NEW!

Vores ophold startede ud knap så godt med en overraskelse af, at hotellet ikke var færdigt. Der var grønt vand i den store pool, ikke hotellets egen reception eller morgenmadssted. Der var byggerod/larm hele ugen - dog var vi blevet opgraderet til et værelse med egen lille pool, super lækkert, men ærgerligt man kan bestille et værelse (ovenpå), som ikke engang var færdigt (derfor blev vi opgraderet). Personalet var meget søde og indgik også i en lille refusion og vi fik besked på da vi klagede til hotels.com, at vi havde fået en besked på vi kunne tjekke ud og få alle pengene tilbage (dog lidt svært når hele ugen er planlagt og andre hoteller ikke har plads) - den besked var så heller ikke blevet sendt til os, som personalet indrømmede, hvilket gør at man bliver lidt skuffet når det er en ret stor ting, at der render håndværker rundt, byggelarm, morgenmad på sidehotellet, som ikke var noget særligt. hotellet har rigtigt stort potenialle og bliver rigtig flot uden tvivl, men ikke pengene værd, når det heller ikke så ud som på billederne og de første dage uden solsenge ved den store pool, som først var klar midt på ugen.
