The main living room is located on the pool level and provides direct access to the terrace and the pergola-covered outdoor dining area, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow. The room features a premium double bed fitted with a high-quality Dunlopillo mattress (160×210×21 cm), ensuring superior comfort.

2. Seafront Master Bedroom with Designer Bathtub – First Floor
Located on the first floor, this exclusive master bedroom opens onto a large private terrace with sweeping sea views. The spacious room includes a double bed with a Dunlopillo mattress (170×200×21 cm) and a freestanding designer bathtub positioned to offer a unique bathing experience overlooking the sea. Originally planned as two separate rooms, it was transformed into a luxurious suite with an ensuite shower and toilet.

3. Seafront Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom
This beautifully designed seafront bedroom features direct access to the upper-floor terrace, offering impressive views of the coastline. A glass-brick wellness shower adds a stylish touch to the ensuite bathroom, while illuminated designer bedside tables create a cosy ambiance at night. Its standout feature is the snail-shaped wellness shower equipped with six jets, offering a rejuvenating spa-like experience. The room is furnished with a double bed featuring a premium Morpheus mattress (160×200 cm).

5. Seafront Bedroom with Dedicated Bathroom
This modern seafront bedroom provides access to the upper-floor terrace, allowing guests to enjoy serene sea views right from their room. It includes two comfortable Morpheus beds (90×200 cm), making it ideal for friends or family members travelling together. A dedicated bathroom located just next door ensures convenience and privacy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
-The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 500 euros per week in October, November, April and May, to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Respectively 700 EUR/week from December to March to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.

-Damage deposit of 900 Euros will be requested in order to book this property which will be refunded in full 24H after your departure day
