Really was happy to see a grocery store down below the apartment building..The women at the front desk of the “sister “ hotel, Elia Sea Suites, were Very helpful!! They arranged tours for us and let my granddaughters swim at the pool at the Hotel a few times. The Hotel has airport transfers and when we finally arrived after 4 flights from the USin at 11:40 pm they were there waiting for us..

Fantastic apartment. Great location - easy walk to the restaurants, sights, and shops of Old Town. Supermarket and coffee shop right downstairs. A few parking spots in front of the building, and finding street parking wasn’t a big problem during our stay in mid-October. Quiet at night. Check-in and out was clear and easy. Super!

The apartment is modern and spacious for 2-3 people. For the most part it is comfortable with a nice balcony. Air con worked well. The bathrooms are clean and a good size. The biggest issue we had was that neither shower worked properly, you needed to use the handheld shower head but these did not have a holder so you needed to hold it yourself - not ideal! The location is good. A ten minute walk to both Chania Old Town and Nea Chora beach. There is a supermarket with a coffee shop below and another two blocks along. Do be aware there is a LOT of building work going on in the area so it is very noisy from about 6am everyday except Sunday. My only real gripe is that the apartments are not serviced (ie not cleaned or maintained during your stay) and that is fine IF cleaning materials are provided. For a week we needed to be able to sweep/mop the floors etc and we could not. I had to buy dish soap. Luckily we found spare towels in a cupboard so we could have fresh towels half way through our stay. I think this needs to be addressed - either offer a service during the stay or provide equipment. Another thing to note is that you check in at the Sea Suites Hotel. They will whatsapp you instructions. We received this whilst on the plane waiting to take off so do not be alarmed if you are still waiting until the day before! They also offered to organise a transfer from the airport which was helpful as the driver then took us from the hotel to the apartment.

Nice, new apartments, equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant like a/c, microwave oven, washing machine, big fridge, cooking oven and tops etc. 10 min walk to old town and 5 min to the beach with sunbeds and a a lot of restaurants. Very good choice to stay.

Rooms were lovely good size just a shame about the building site next door for the new hotel due to open in 2026 I had to move rooms. Staff were lovely and thanks to Antonio based at Elia Sea Suites for sorting out room change etc

Very new spacious apartment well appointed with everything we needed supplied. Great location only 5 minutes stroll from the beach and less than 10 minutes stroll from Chania Old Town. Efficient and polite staff easily contactable via WhatsApp

God lejlighed men dårlig udsigt.

Dejlig ny lejlighed, desværre byggeri 20 meter fra altan, kunne ikke rigtig benyttes støv og larm fra byggeri, udsigt til byggeri, manglede oplysning om støj fra byggeplads. Tror ikke at byggeri er færdig om et år.

Excellent, new apartment around 10 mins walk to the old town and new town/bus stop. In a residential area, handy supermarket downstairs. Big disappointment was the balcony which was in shade all day and had a view of the wall of the next door building just a few metres away.We did try to swap but all booked and apparently the Classic apartments all have the same awful views. This should be mentioned in the property details to inform choice. Very clean, Marina the house keeper is friendly and helpful. Generally well equipped though we only had one scratched saucepan and a frying pan with a domed base to cook with, so not ideal. Also no draining rack, no tea towel, bring your own dishwasher and washing machine detergents too.
