Our stay at Balance Hotel was excellent - Anna at reception was very incredibly helpful and had excellent suggestions on places to see and eat. The rooms are brand new, very comfortable, spacious and modern. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel with on site parking if you rent a car. Service was top notch and we're able to provide us with anything we needed. Hotel was walkable to anywhere in town which was great. Would stay here again!

Fantastic.

I’ve visited Crete many times, and this is one of the loveliest boutique hotels I’ve stayed at. Its honestly perfect for a leisurely stay in chania. It’s incredibly spacious for a Chania hotel, clean, comfortable, very new construction, and centrally located. The balcony is private and wonderful to sit on at night and listen to the bustle of the city. It’s walking distance to many shops and sights. There’s an elevator for your heavier luggage. Rooms outfitted with a smart TV if that’s important to you. There’s even an extremely convenient small and separate hotel parking lot (which is an absolute dream in downtown Chania). The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful as well! I’m not really a “reviews” person, but I found this hotel by chance and was so incredibly pleased with it, so I hope this review helps others with their decision.

My husband and I had the pleasure of being staying at the Balance Hotel in Chania. We were quite anxious about this booking as it was a new hotel and it had little to none reviews online. We were able to speak to Anna on the phone before booking and from the start, she was beyond amazing! There are not enough words to explain how great Anna is. She was always available to help us even at night via Text. She welcomed us to the hotel and was always available to help make our stay at the hotel and Chania a great time. Listen to ALL her food and beach recommendations. We did so, and got to eat and explore really great places! Balance Hotel has truly thought about all the little details to ensure that you have a once in a lifetime experience. Parking was included which made it so much easier for us to get back to the hotel late after the beach and never have to worry about where to leave the rental car. It is just a short walk from Old Town Chania. Our stay at Balance Hotel made our experience in Greece so much better. We were so sad to leave the hotel and Anna. It is the best hotel we experienced in all of Greece. Anna, thank you for all the hard work and thoughtful touches you do for all your guests. It truly goes a long way! We hope to visit you in the future and we will make sure to send all our family and friends to stay at the Balance Hotel whenever visiting Chania.

Amazing stay in Chania

We had a great stay at Balance hotel in Chania. The room was very big and comfortable, there was a mini fridge and a coffee machine. Because we made a very last minute booking (same day!) we booked the accessibility room and can say it’s very well equipped for someone with mobility problems (the room was on the 1st floor, but there is a lift). The balcony was also very nice and spacious. There was a car park exclusive for guests. The hotel is in a great location, close to enough to the old town but far away enough that it was nice and quiet. There are supermarkets within very close distance to the hotel. Anna was an amazing host, she gave us a refreshing lemonade and a bag of sweet bread on arrival and even gave us her mobile number when we checked out in case we had any problems during the rest of our stay in Crete. We can’t recommend Balance hotel highly enough.
