**Three Bedrooms**: Each bedroom features a double anatomic bed and a brand-new air conditioning unit. All doors are fitted with insect screens, allowing fresh air while keeping bugs out, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
**Living Room**: Relax in the living room with a 55-inch 4K Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite content. The living room is equiped with a brand new air-conditioning unit.
**Kitchen**: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, microwave oven and everything else you need to prepare meals and snacks.
**Bathrooms**: The apartment includes two bathrooms, offering convenience for all guests.
We provide beach towels for your days by the sea. A hair dryer is also available for your convenience.
**Hot water**: Hot water is supplied through a 200-liter solar water heater, with an electric boiler as a backup option.
**Parking**: A designated parking space is available for your convenience.
**Internet**: Super-fast fiber optic internet is available, making this apartment ideal for digital nomads.

Guest access
The whole flat is booked and can be used by our guests. There is also one allocated parking space, located in the ground floor, where you can park for free.
Other things to note
**Total amount of Guests**: 6 + 1 Guests. The 7th guest is hosted in the living room sofa.
**NO PARTIES or loud music is allowed**
**Accessibility**: While the building does feature an elevator, if you are a wheelchair user, please note that the elevator space might not be adequate to accommodate your wheelchair. We recommend checking with us in advance to ensure it meets your needs.
**Smoking Policy**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, you are welcome to enjoy your cigars on any of the three balconies.
**Pet Policy**: Although we love pets and are proud owners of two dogs and three cats, we are unable to accommodate pets in the apartment.
