The room was clean and provided with FREE washing machine in the balcony and the staffs were very friendly and helpful in many ways including hailing a private car for my family with five large luggages and three people heading from Zhongshan to Foshan in Guangzhou. "Breakfast was acceptable but not great. The staff are very nice and helpful. One thing that I will warn others of- we ask staff to get us a taxi to get to the airport and we prepaid 90 yuan. When we got into the taxi we found out that the taxi fare was 60 yuan, so the hotel charged us a 50% markup for just calling the taxi. The actual cost is insignificant to me, but it’s the principle that bothers me. "

"A very comfortable and well located place to stay in Zhongshan. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds that make it easy to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated how modern and well maintained the facilities were. The hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby, which is very convenient, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options to start the day. The staff were friendly and professional, making check in and check out smooth. Its location is also great, with easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and attractions."

"Everything was good except dinner service. I ordered dinner on my last night and the main food came in around 20 minutes. I was the only guest at that time, It took me about 10 minutes to finish my Hor Fun and the other dish which is a vegetable dish hasn't being served. When I checked with the service staff, I was told it was not done yet and there was also another dish (fried chicken) which I did not ordered is almost done and to be served. This surprised me as I was the only diner at that time. Why was it so difficult to cook 2 simple dishes? If there was room services that the kitchen has to attend to, at least the staff should have told me that I will have to wait a while for my food to be served. This is basic courtesy isn't it. In the end I have to walk away without finishing my dinner as the staff did not come back to give me a respond after checking with the kitchen on my vegetable dish."
