"We had a very good stay here and would definitely come back again. Our room was on the second floor, and the ocean views were absolutely wonderful—such a highlight of the trip. We could also see the pool from our room, which made it feel really relaxing and scenic. The food was great as well, with plenty of delicious options to enjoy. Overall, a lovely experience and a place we’d happily return to."

"This retreat is an absolute paradise and oasis that makes the stresses of day to day life melt away! It felt both meditative and romantic. It is easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed. I wish we had stayed longer. Every part of it was clean and in great condition. The staff were warm and welcoming. You can tell that every detail has been designed with much thought and care. The setting is gorgeous. You are surrounded by mountains, fresh air, waterfalls, and the sounds of birds and frogs. The pool is picturesque and peaceful with the backdrop of mountains in the background. The room was the perfect balance of simple yet luxurious. The shower and porch were amazing. The food also went above and beyond our expectations. The dinner was fresh with good-sized portions and beautiful presentation. It was our favorite meal of our whole trip. We especially loved the mofongo and the steak special. The breakfast was also divine! It included fresh/homemade yogurt, granola, fruit, croissants, jam, nut butter, and juice. I would recommend the waterfall hike and ceiba trail hike. Definitely follow the hotel’s driving instructions. We did not and the drive up was not for the faint of heart - it was basically all unpaved roads, hairpin turns, and potholes. We used the hotel’s instructions on the way back down the mountain and it was a breeze! I hope to return and take advantage of the yoga and spa services next time!"

"This was my 2nd staying there. Parking could always be an issue. The ac is already set up so, it was very cold all day and night. The staff was very courteous and everything was very clean. I’ll give it 4 1/2 stars."

"The room was spacious and clean. The 2 pools were nice. The main restaurant was nice. The hot water was not really warm in our room, even after maintenance came out to look at it in our room specifically. Our son had a room a few doors down and his hot water worked well. The resort was quiet, and beautiful. The bar's drinks were strong. Our biggest complaint is that we tried to book the all-inclusive when we arrived at the resort and we were told we had to pre-book that. We booked within 24 hours of arriving so that wasn't possible. The more "reasonably priced" restaurant onsite was not open every night, and the burger/bbq restaurant was not open when listed Thursday or Friday. We stayed Monday night to Saturday morning. Dinner option was limited on 2 different nights to the fancy Restaurante Alexandra only, which we did not find worth the cost for the service and food. This resort was pretty far from other restaurant options even with a rental car. The nearest thing we saw was a Burger King and it was about 10 to 15 minutes away because the seaside resort is on a very curvy mountainous road, beautiful views but slow going drive. Also the ocean next to the resort has jellyfish. There is a warning sign on the dock and I got stung walking to the swim platform and a little kid got stung several times. The resort cannot control wildlife, but a few more warning signs would have been nice. We definitely would stay again but only with the All-Inclusive package."

"It's an excellent hotel in downtown Mayagüez that I've stayed at before. The facilities, rooms, common areas, and staff are all excellent."
