I appreciated this quiet location, just 1 mile west of the center of Chamonix. It was easy to walk to town or to take a bus, and the hotel provided a pass to cover bus fares, as well as the fare on the Mont Blanc Express to Valorcine, when I departed. A very comfortable bed, a traditional (cold) breakfast for an additional charge, and a friendly staff. Perfect for a 4-night stay while hiking in the area.

This quite location a mile out of town is beautiful. There's a pond across the street for strolls under the most beautiful mountain/glacier views. I'll definitely stay here again and avoid the crowds in town. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Recommend.

The hotel was on the noisy main road. During the heat wave having fans available would be a great improvement. The hotel next to this hotel was a party hotel so loud and spirit induced noise was brutal if wanting to rest before going on huge hikes. Staff was very nice. it was one of the more affordable options in Chamonix. 1 km walk to town.

Excellent stay at a lovely old French Hotel with exceptionally friendly service and a great quiet location only 20 min walk to Chamonix Centre or take the train.

Amazing hotel!

Phenomenal stay! Staff was amazing and helpful, the location was just outside Chamonix with an amazing walk into the City Center. I would 100% stay again!

Cosy and clean room with a nice little balcony looking out to Mont Blanc. Plenty of parking and a ski store with locking chains (the racks aren't deep enough for boards, so take a lock (I just kept mine in my room)). Continental breakfast was a great start to the day before heading for the slopes. There's also a nice little bar for quiet apres beers before heading into town. Staff we're lovely and very pleasant to deal with. Nice tracks around the lakes and surrounding area for walking and jogging, and just sittingba while; very peaceful.

Great spot to visit Mont Blanc

Lovely room in a timeless hotel in an amazing location. Great breakfast, helpful and accommodating - good food in restaurant 10 steps away too. Suitable location for a 35min walk to the L’Aguille du Midi.

Very quaint and homey, perfect for two travelers looking for a cheap stay near the Chamonix area. Fabienne and the rest of the staff were kind and accommodating, evidenced by them working with us when we encountered bus and flight delays. Rooms were cleaned daily. Additionally, you have the option to pay the first day you arrive or the last (if you plan on taking advantage of the hotel breakfast, it’s easier to pay upon checking out). Would stay again if we decide to journey out to Chamonix. Great overall experience!

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel situé à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds du centre de Chamonix. Accueil très agréable, chambre et salle de bain correctes. Bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner servi sous forme de buffet. Le parking est un plus.

친절한 응대를 받았지만, 벌 때문에 곤란했다

숙소 앞에 호수가 있어서 산책하기 좋습니다. 또한 호텔 스태프들이 매우 친절합니다. 그러나 에어콘이 없어서 더울 때 문을 열어놓았는데, 방충망이 없어서 계속해서 벌이 들어와서 난처했습니다.
