An ideal ski retreat for up to 10 guests with magnificent Mont Blanc views and proximity to ski lifts!

Located just 180m from Plan Praz Ski Lift, this traditional Savoyard chalet with a private garden, sunny terrace, open-air seating and cosy interiors is ideal for relaxing after a busy day outdoors. 

The holiday chalet is divided into two levels and is a suitable family getaway too. Inside, there is a spacious living room with comfy seating, fireplace, flat-screen HDTV, direct terrace access and a bright dining setup for the whole group.

These amenities are also complemented by modern facilities like a washing machine and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and oven to facilitate a carefree and comfortable holiday.

Location
The well-served chalet has supermarkets, restaurants, bars, microbreweries and nightclubs within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Meanwhile, the ski lift to Plan Praz is just a 180m away. Plan Praz is also a great starting point for trekking, walks to Lake Cornu, paragliding and skiing for seasoned skiers. 

From Plan Praz, the Brevent Cable Car is just a stone’s throw away. The Brevent goes to the top of the mountain, where rock climbing and hiking amidst peaceful views of Mont Blanc on Plaques du Brevent make for unforgettable experiences.

Lac de Chavants is a 13-minute drive away for those who love fishing, while outdoor activities like hiking at Lac de Gaillands is a 5-minutes car ride. The thermal spas of St. Gervais are also accessible from here (30 minutes drive). 

At the same time, the ski resort of Les Houches, with diverse opportunities for hiking, mountaineering and water sports during summer, is a 10-minute car ride away. The closest international airport is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from the holiday rental.

Excellent chalet and location

Perfectly located chalet next to the Brevent lift and central to take advantage of the whole valley. It was a well equipped and beautiful place to stay, which the whole group enjoyed. Would highly recommend

Chalet du Brevent ski in/ski out

La casa es preciosa, la localización permite ir andando al centro y esta a escasos metros del remonte al Brevent Los detalles de bienvenida se agradecen. La casa esta muy bien equipada, solo le falta mejorar la gestión del agua caliente en los baños que es claramente insuficiente para el numero de personas admitidas 10.

Wonderful taste of Chamonix

It's a lovely setting, with just a short, very pretty walk to town. The home had lots of bedrooms to spread out and the kitchen was well appointed. We loved the view of the mountains, paragliders landing just outside, goats being herded out our door...very picturesque! It was really wonderful for us. The only few negatives were the beds were not too comfortable, the water is only heated at night which was fine but we weren't informed of that until we found on note explaining this sitting in the laundry room after trying to trouble shoot the hot water heater, and we had issues with the management company not providing the code to the lock box as we were arriving late. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend.

Great location, beautiful view! No Wifi

Great spot if you are looking to ski Brevent and enjoy some sun on the porch, the views are unmatched and it is right next to the Brevent base! It is helpful to note that the house does not have Wi-Fi for future guests who might be trying to work or need it. Otherwise, fantastic home and great location!
